Lane Bryant

I have been shopping at Lane Bryant for over decade. I like their clothes. But this location was the worst service I have ever gotten. I have gotten better service at Walmart then there. I called them ahead of time because the store closer to my address did not have the new tummy jeans boot cut in my size. So I called this one and they said they had it. I got the size I wanted, which was a 26. But the pockets were not flat but everything else fit. I asked them if that was normal and they said I could go one size smaller. I waited figuring they were going to help me get the right size. They did not. I went over there and found it. Went back to my dressing room and tired it. I could not sit down. I went out there to show how it was cutting into me and they got all exciting saying it looked SO MUCH BETTER. I was like it doesn’t fit. They were like this fits better in every place and makes your butt look really good. I had to unbutton it before going into the dressing room because it was too tight. I had found a shirt I liked with the jeans I was trying on and went back to my dressing room. I decided to purchase the shirt and the bigger jeans that fit. I went to the counter and looked at both of the sales people and smiled saying I am ready to buy. I waited. When they came around I said I had a coupon and went through my purse. I could not find it. I said which coupon it was and they just shrugged. I was thinking and thought, oh I must have left it at the restaurant down the street. Literally, it was 3 store fronts away. I said just keep my order and I will be back with the coupon. I go back to the restaurant and it was there, I was so glad. I came back to Lane Bryant and they had already put my clothes away. It was less than 10 minutes. NO ONE had been in the store the whole time I was there. I asked them to hold it. I then went to get my jeans and they said oh I thought you were getting the smaller ones, I said no, I am getting the 26 that actually fit. She even went too far as to go grab the other part and said I could exchange them if after I wear them I didn’t like them. I said no. I used my coupon and thought I should just get it online but I was done. Do not go to this location.
