Oh my goodness! I think I found my new favorite cake spot. Wow! These cakes are amazing! I had a sample of the wedding cake and it was so moist and creamy and heavenly! The frosting is just perfect! The shop is small and adorable and the lady who helped me was just as sweet as those cakes! I definitely recommend the wedding cake and Italian cream cake. Mmmmmm!

Fantastic little cakes and kookie’s. I ordered Italian, Red Velvet & Strawberry square bites. Yummy! Lots of free sample too. I tried the oatmeal kookie. It was so chewy and flavorful. This place is a winner! I’ll be back for sure. I’m new to TX having just arrived from CA. So glad my sweet tooth found Kookie Haven.

This place is so adorable! The lady at the counter was super nice and friendly and, the desserts were so tasty. I highly recommend stopping by here if you’re around the area.

This place is divine. The customer service is awesome. I will just say it– Kim (the cashier), please leave us wanting more. She tried to tell us everything she had and more in one breath. I am one of those people that like to be told extensively only about the things I ask about, not the whole kit and caboodle. DON’T APPEAR DESPERATE! Don’t worry word will get around, this place is delicious! I got the lemon square bite and when I saw the lemon zest in the icing, I was like this is the real deal. After tasting it, I was in heaven. Perfect, not overly sweet and the cake part taste great without the icing. Thanks for such an enjoyable treat. I will be back. Sorry, such a fat kid, I ate my dessert before taking a picture– LOL!

Tried the wedding, Italian cream, German chocolate, and red velvet cupcakes today. They are delicious in every way… they are square and huge! One will easily satisfy two people. Everything they use is natural and real… Butter, real vanilla, real fruit… The owners are friendly and fun. You feel immediately welcome. If you don’t walk out with a smile on your face there’s something seriously wrong with you. I will be back. It’s worth the gym time.

They are the best bakery ever. If you haven’t tried them you should treat yourself! They are the new culture of bakeries. Kookie Haven gives you presentation with a beautiful box and delicious cakes and pies, did I mention they provide water with each purchase! Try them you will not be disappointed!

This is the real deal! Absolutely impressed in every way.
My wife is a teacher in the MISD and referred me to this place because they are known among MISD teachers for being the official cookie caterer of all district functions. She asked for me to bring her a cookie so I stopped in.
The tiny wait room is decorated with love in true pinterest fashion. The owner greeted me WARMLY and I all of the sudden felt as if I was talking with an old friend. Within a few seconds I knew I was dealing with a passionate, honest business owner. How refreshing!
I went over the top and got my wife 2 dozen cookies, 2 in each flavor, because I was so excited to spend money with this kind enthusiastic woman. She even gave me a free sample. And the taste? Out of this world. Amazing cookies.
Mesquite has a new dessert destination, and it’s the Kookie Haven! Beyond impressed! You will be too!

This place is great! Cupcakes are awesome and I would highly recommend you get the «stuffer» cupcakes.
The ladies working the front counter are always polite and are very helpful in giving suggestions and letting you sample the different kinds of cupcakes and cookies.

Went to the Valero gas station and was craving something sweet… Saw this place (a walkable distance) and was thoroughly pleased. Very nice and clean and great customer service (though there was only one person)

I was driving by and noticed the sign and walked in. The cashier is very friendly. I was given a sample of their snickerdoodle and for the first time now I like snickerdoodles. Of course I bought some.

My family stopped by today. They love it. Great Job Kookie Haven. The lemon cupcake is sooo good!!!

It is so nice to have a bakery like this in Mesquite the cupcakes and cookies are fantastic. My favorite cupcake was Strawberry. My favorite cookie was a pecan toffee mix. The staff is so nice and helpful. Great little shop that everyone should try!

This bakery is wonderful! I have visited two times so far. The owners are such sweet people. This is a great addition to Mesquite. We needed a place with amazing homemade desserts. The lemon cupcake is good, the German chocolate is fantastic! My husband thought the Italian cream was the best he’s ever had. Chocolate peanut butter was so good! I picked up some for friends at work. Everyone was impressed. Keep up the great work! We’ll be back soon.
