Very unhappy with their service. Have used H&R Block before, so decided to try Jackson Hewitt to compare rates. They were very high and then they offer a Walmart card, but I was told that I didn’t qualify because I owed taxes. I did get the Walmart card, but had to go back the following day to get it and just the fact that I had to ask, made me unhappy. Just did not like their service!
