If you like boba tea you will not be disappointed. Black tea with cream and Bobas are my go to. I’m sure the rest is good too but stuck on it

I tried I Heart Boba for the first time the other day, and was pleasantly surprised. I thought for sure it would have been some over-hyped teenybopper place but I was wrong and will be giving them my service yet again. The location I visited was inside Town East Mall at their food court. I got my Cookies and Cream shake almost immediately, and my friend got his Strawberry-Kiwi(if memory serves) just as fast. The flavor was delicious and well blended, it was creamy and you could taste an Oreo like cookie in every sip you took.

I got the taro cream tea, the drink was good but the boba was really soft and not chewy at all.

Today, I stopped by this place for some afternoon coffee as I saw the«COFFEE» on the big store sign. This big lettering«COFFEE» meant to me that this places must be serving a quality coffee. As I was paying for a cup of coffee, the price was surprisingly low(less than $ 1.00) for a small cup. Well, I thought they are running specials and I just paid for it and waited for my coffee in line. I did not bother to look around to see how they were preparing my coffee. A store employee handed me a cup. I took a couple of sips. «ITWASANINSTANTCOFFEE». I was sort of angry to have been served an instant coffee. It was an insult to me. I brought this matter to the attention of cash register employee. He did apology for not having made it clear that it was an instant coffee. I was not going to make any scenes and just left the cup on the counter for them to dump the coffee. I sure would not have minded paying $ 2.00 or $ 3.00 for quality coffee. But being served an instant coffee from this place was an «INSULT» to me.

My gf says this place is more expensive than the one in garland(like $ 1 more or something) I feel like it was worth it for the price. The watermelon slushie was VERY refreshing after a long day.

The service was quick and the lines were not too long despite the fact that the food court itself was claustrophobic. I got the mango smoothie with boba. The boba tasted fine, but the mango smoothie didn’t taste as good as other smoothies I’ve had, such as at Jamba Juice. Overall, I cam away full, but wishing I had gone somewhere else. I probably should have gotten the Viet coffee instead.

Great place to have Boba drinks! They have a wide selection of teas, shakes, and smoothies. This is nothing much more to say about this places besides that, this place is a great thing to have at Town East Mall!

Got the passion fruit green tea with boba. It was the most delicious tea ever! Everytime I come to the mall I have to stop for some tea.

Love their boba! Close to home and taste amazing! Sucks how you have to go into the mall just to get it though.

Every time I go to the Town East food court, there is a line in front of I Heart Boba. Today I stopped to figure out what the fuss was about. They had little samples of a honeydew and strawberry/banana smoothie. Yum! I was in the mood to try their bubble tea and my 8 year old was begging for a smoothie. My son got a watermelon smoothie(not on the menu, but they had the fruit) and my chocoholic husband got a chocolate smoothie(they use a lot of Hershey’s syrup). I tried some of both and they were delicious! I ended up ordering a pudding green tea. The cashier told me a little about it beforehand, but I thought I was getting a little bit of pudding in addition to the bubbles, not a lot of pudding and no bubbles, so was a little bit disappointed. My fault, not hers. Drinking pudding tea is like sucking chunks of flan through a straw. The experience was interesting, a little disturbing at times, but okay overall. I don’t think I’ll order it again though. Most items are $ 3 – 4 which isn’t very pricey if you compare it to smoothies anywhere else. I’ll definitely stop back again to try the chai latte tea when I visit(or at Saigon Mall which I live 5 minutes away from). Everyone was very friendly and helpful too!

I had one of the smoothies at a restaurant with tapioca pearls. It was good and I jumped at the chance to have the drink again. There was a huge selection and the guy behind the counter was funny and willing to make great suggestions. If I am ever at this mall I will stop in for another bubble tea.

One of my favorite places to get bubble teas. They use fresh fruits and the taste reflects it. It’s also one of the few places that makes red bean smoothies. Yum!

Great selection of drinks! Personally, I think this is the best boba place in the area. Workers are very friendly and always gave drinks with smiles. I recommend this location to all my friends and they love it!

I’ve been here 3 times already and have no complaints! I first used to go to the I heart Boba in Saigon Mall, but once I found out about the brand new opening in Town East Mall(which is closer to me), I HAD to check it out. And yep, just as good as the one I was used to. Same taste, same price. Good service from the ladies there, and no obnoxiously loud music like the one in Saigon Mall. From now on I’ll be coming here to get my boba fix even faster. ;) They also sell smoothies, coffees and other drinks, but I haven’t tried those and don’t think I will. I don’t think anything would be better than their boba! Oh, and their boba teas are around $ 3 for a HUGE cup. Which is the only size they serve. Pretty good for the price!
