I am new to Mesquite. I called to make an appointment and never got a call back. There hours are accomodating to the DR and Staff… Not customers.

Dr. Philip Hartwell is a great family physician and is very friendly and knowledgable. He also has great bedside manner, and is cordial and polite. He seems very down to earth, which is really saying something because most doctors are known for being patronizing or condescending. Dr. Hartwell is a great doctor, and his staff is friendly. The only issue I have is wait time for an appointment. I understand since he is the only practitioner there, it’s hard to accommodate everyone in a timely manner. It’s not a criticism of his practice, however it would be nice if the waiting times were a little shorter.
