I love this place I got the prime tenderloin and it was delicious! Thy cooked it perfect and everything the staff was super nice! I defiantly recommend it!

We have dined here twice, the service is exceptional, the food wonderful. The early bird menu is limited but a nice selection, it is well worth dining early. The house wines are marvelous. We live 8 miles away so this will be our date night place and when we have out of town guests it will be a great place to take them, nice to have a high end restaurant in Mesquite, a break from the usual Casino fare.

Gregory’s used to be a dining experience that I looked forward to every time I went to mesquite. I had not eaten there for probably 18 months or so and we stopped on a return from a recent trip from California. While the service was still outstanding the menu changed some what with a reduction of items. I had the New York steak in the quality of the beef was very disappointing. I thank that Gregory’s used to use a much higher grade of beef choice or prime I would also guess that they used to get beef that had some age on it. Now their beef tasted like a steak that one would have bought at Smiths. Just run of the mill USDA select. How sad to see that this former excellent restaurant is just a shell of what it had been.

The entire experience from the service to the fabulous food was wonderful! The Eureka has turned out to be an absolute delight! We will be back to Gregory’s again soon! Too bad we live so far away!

Used to be a very nice, sort of upscale restaurant. Things went downhill about a year ago. Every time I hope it will get better, and every time Gregor’s proves me wrong. Menu got shorten by more than half. quality is lacking big time. The only good thing left is PERFECTSERVICE. Unfortunately you do not get many dining choices in Mesquite

Great service, atmosphere, and food. We took my parents here to celebrate their 60th anniversary. We had excellent steaks and my mom loved the salmon. Definitely my favorite nice restaurant in Mesquite!

After a weekend in Mesquite, this was our capstone meal. Awesome service and food. Sat at the bar for drinks, good wine by the glass selection. We were seated in a banquette for our reservations. Lovely atmosphere, classy place compared to all other options in town. Yummy warm sourdough bread, and were pleased with wine selections and value. Ordered Jaffe Metamorphosis for $ 80ish, got a 2007 and were pleasantly surprised about age and value. I ordered the«Chef’s Table» for $ 65 and got a starter of prime rib cannelloni, lobster bisque(not as good as Katherine’s across town, but still tasty) and a wedge salad that was average. Husband’s Caesar was good but not amazing. My dinner of filet/lobster tail — lobster was excellent and the filet was okay — a little dry for medium rare although appearance was correct. Could have passed on the feta mashed potatoes. Husband enjoyed his New York and the side of baked potato with cheddar and bacon. Our service(all waitstaff) was excellent. However, the newborn crying across the restaurant that no one at the table could keep quiet, nor removed from the restaurant was a definite detractor from the meal as a whole. Wish the restaurant had stepped up to make the overall dining experience more pleasant. We will return if back in Mesquite, and hope that restaurant works on catering to adults, as it is in a casino.

I have dined at Gregory several times, casual dinner and Thanksgiving dinner. My reviews on them are all the same. A very average resturant. Has little to no atmosphere, smoky, very average food and somewhat less than average service. The rooms are small and broken up. Depending on the size of crowd they will open another room and each becomes less desirable. Recently I was there for«early bird» special and it’s just an average menu. There’s no redeeming quality about this place. I’ve been asked by friends to go back but my time and money are better spent at Katherine. Sorry, but an honest review.

This restaurant blew me away tonight after reading the reviews on just about every restaurant in the area I chose Gregory’s. It’s located right off the casino floor and I really didn’t have very high expectations after walking through the casino. I found a seat at the bar and was immediately greeted by Joey I told him I was planning to have dinner and he set up a place setting in front of me? Let me go ahead and get it out of the way, Joey is a very professional and polished bartender, his customer service skills are outstanding and he kept the entire bar happy the entire time I was there. So I’m just saying if you go and there“s an empty seat at the bar and Joey is working that’s where you want to be. I decided to mix up a few of the starter courses on the menu and I was very glad I did, everything was exceptional tonight and the timing between courses couldn’t have been more perfect. — Warm Crusty Bread — served in a basket wrapped up in cloth and served with rosettes of real butter I just love this old school charm. The bread was fresh and warm, chewy, crusty but tender to the bite I only tried a few pieces but wanted to take the rest with me but decided that wasn’t a good idea. — Ahi Tuna — seared rare with a light coating of sesame seeds and some kind of rub it was so fresh and cooked exactly to the right degree which is almost raw. The portion was large and the price was unbelievably reasonable. I think the plate was $ 13 and served with wasabi, ginger and two sauces one was on the sweeter side I can’t remember what it was called but it worked well the other was soy sauce as you’d expect. — Lobster Bisque — I think this was an $ 8 appetizer it’s a bowl not a cup and it was delish. My first impression was that the texture was a little thin this was by design come to find out, the small square of puffed pastry floating on top sort of melted into the bisque and gave it the perfect consistence there was just the right amount of chopped lobster and it was full of flavor I definitely would do this again. — Wedge Salad — yes it’s a different version than I’m accustomed to, but let me tell you it rocked. The plate and the iceberg lettuce were cold, I loved the fact that they included 3 smaller wedges verses just a quarter head of lettuce this made it a lot easier to eat and more surface area for condiments to coat the lettuce fully.. The tomatoes are poached yes, poached and cut into wedges they were so good, add in the mounts of may-tag blue cheese and the smokey bacon them cover all of this with their house balsamic dressing(which I can’t describe how good this dressing is) and you have a great combination. This place is really good I hope to have many more great meals here when traveling to the area.

I came here with my girlfriend a couple of nights ago. We made a reservation and were seated quickly. The booth seemed a bit cramped(and no, we are not fat), but oh well. We had both a server and a server’s assistant, both of which introduced themselves to us. Service was pretty good the entire night. The only hiccup was that I asked about one of the steak sauces on the menu and the server said he’d bring a sample — he did not, but he brought the normal portion of the sauce with the meal and didn’t charge me for it. The bread basket was good, and the butter roses served with it were a nice touch. I ordered the filet mignon with scalloped potatoes and my girlfriend got the chicken marsala and wine. She said it was the best Moscato and best chicken marsala she had ever had. I was less enthused by the steak, though. The 10 ounce filet is big, but I ordered it medium and got it more medium rare. The steak lacked a lot of seasoning, but the sauce helped with that. The scalloped potatoes were very good, but reminded me of something you’d get from a Betty Crocker box — not that this is a bad thing. I’ll be back, but I’ll definitely be ordering my steak medium well and getting another steak sauce.

A Taste of Heaven. Gregory’s Coconut Shrimp is the best. So light it melts in your mouth. Also the Steaks are great too. The lobster is as fresh as when I stayed in Maine right out of the Ocean. My favorite place in all of Nevada. Gregory’s . Also the Service is Exceptional, best in the Country!!!

Nice atmosphere but the food was not what I expected. We ordered chicken masala and it tasted like chicken with brown gravy. It was good but not the type of flavor I wanted when ordering masala. The service was good. The price was a little high for the food.

Great meal in this little town. What a pleasant surprise on our drive home from Las Vegas. The seared Ahi tuna appetizer was very nice, French onion soup nice and my husband’s lobster bisque excellent. Our Caesar salad was overly dressed and that would be our only complaint. The prices were reasonable and our wait staff was attentive and prompt. We will definite be back.

Great service! Food was good, we all the same thing and ordered the lobster and steak. For a medium rare steak it was quite a bit over cooked and there was a ton of fat on it. So I wasn’t a fan of that but the lobster was spot on! They have a nice selection of wines. And appetizers. We enjoyed the calamari, ahi and something else. Sorry forgot what we ordered but all the appetizers seem to be pretty good. We have gone there a few times. I would also recommend the French onion soup and the wedge!

Great service from our server, Chino and server assistant, Gerardo. I enjoyed the french onion soup, thought the jumbo crabcakes were better than Emeril’s though slightly fishy. I loved the extra touch of the lemon net and the pallette cleanser, a raspberry sorbet. The ribeye was a perfect medium rare with such a wonderful beefy flavor. The chocolate cloud, cherry bomb, and turtle cheesecake were all excellent. Presentations were beautiful, desserts wete just as yummy as they looked. The servers were so friendly and helpful. If I am in Mesquite again, this will be a must.
