And this place continues to go downhill. I was there last week in the drive thru to order some of there catfish and roasted chicken. I was told it would be 7 minutes for the catfish and did I want to wait. I didn’t mind waiting. Well, 20 minutes later, I get my order. Why is the fish COLD and the chicken was FRIED and not ROASTED. I HATE their fried chicken. It is probably some of the nastiest fried chicken around; no flavor/​taste or seasoning. To say I was pissed is an understatement. Never again, at least not at this location. I would advise anyone to go to the Garland location off of Broadway.

Worst. Service. Ever.
Seriously, you want $ 15 an hour to work at a fast food joint when you can’t even take an order correctly? First of all, we ordered a sweet tea, root beer and a Sprite. Got all sweet teas. Watered down sweet tea also, dumped it out when I got home. She was rude when we asked for a dr. Pepper and rudely said they don’t have it when it is clearly on the menu. Uh, okay. Asked for fries on all three. Got two fries and mashed potatoes. Wtf? So awful. Drive the extra miles. Don’t go here unless you have no respect for yourself.

I ordered food to go just to get hone and find hair in my food and by the way it was cold like it had been sitting out for hours. I called and ask to speak to the manager and I was transferred to the «owner». He told me I would have to keep the food and bring it back whenever I cone which I thought was crazy due to the fact that I stayed far away. I brought the old stinky food back 2 days later and the cashier was looking at MW upside my head and I told her what the «owner» said she then had two other ladies come up it was almost like they didn’t want to give me my money back. 20 minutes later I received a refund… Bad bad service

The food is pretty good most of the time. Except the ladies in the drive through are always very rude to me! It has been twice that they just stuff my napkins in the bag real sloppy and I come home to wrinkled napkins. :(if you don’t like your job here. Do not work. Simple.

Four star rating this time… they really could have gotten a 5 star if their customer service was… we pulled up to the drive thru window and were told to wait then when the guy said he was ready told him the first order then he told us wait again because he has a customer… then we order the second order then he told us the price $ 8.00…hmmm unless its buy one meal and get the other meal free night looks like someone wasn’t paying attention… get up to the window to tell him our order and he tells us he didn’t hear us…

The food here is on point! Always tastes good but man their service is absolutely horrible! I ordered a 10 piece and needed to be cooked. 15 mins ended up being 25 – 30.

Luckily the food here is good, because the service sucks. Just got an order to go. I love the spice they use, but like it on the side, as they put too much for my taste on the strips. So, they charge for the spice in the packets. I think you should be able to get ONE for free. Ok, so the girl at the drive thru window gives me my order and shuts the window without giving me my drink. I wait and wait and wait. Finally, she opens the window and just looks at me like, «what?» So, I tell her I need my drink and she says, «oh!» And gets it quickly. Just assumed there would be napkins and utensils to eat my mashed potatoes. Nope. Wonder if they charge for those too. Funny thing is that I remember them leaving out napkins and utensils before… because the food is good, I’ll be back, but only when I’m feeling extra patient. Also, the tenders were tiny today. I usually can’t finish them, so whatever. Just saying, if come more often if they weren’t so stingy.

The service here is horrible. These are the most ghetto acting females I have ever known to work in one location. I gladly drive the extra miles to the Garland location where the staff is friendly and professional!

First of all, it would have gotten 3 stars IF it didn’t take FOREVER in the drive through, and if the customer service was better. I say please and thank you to everybody, so i KNOW i didn’t come off wrong. When i politely asked to add a dr. pepper to the order (after I waited 12 minutes in drivethrough) she says «we outta dr. pepper» and slammed the window in my face without offering me another option.
(And all of her front teeth were gold. ALL OF THEM. Irony? Maybe.)
The food was alright, but the tenders were kindof small, like they cut them in half and count them as 2 pieces. ChickenExpress is the SAME THING, but with MUCH nicer people.

Good food, terrible service.
This restaurant happens to be extremely close to my house and always smells so enticing. I finally decided to go in one day and order something because I’d heard plenty of good things about it. The pre-​dominantly black crew laughed at me and mocked me the entire time I ordered, and the kitchen crew made no attempt to hide their racial slurs. When I finally got my food, it was nothing close to what I ordered, and freezing cold. The cashiers refused to do anything about it, and the manager kicked me out of the store for «trying to fight with [her] employees.» It’s been two years so I honestly hope they’ve undergone some serious changes, but I still can’t bring myself to go back. I now get to rely on any sampling of their food from my black friend who occasionally brings some to school with her.

Great fast food-​type fried chicken from a chain near the hotel I stay in when I’m in Dallas for work. I’ve eaten in and taken out, and I prefer taking it back to the hotel to eat.
They have tenders and fried pieces, plus fried catfish. Breast meat is juicy, and the wings are meaty. I’ve tried the fried okra and mashed potatoes (meh), but the dirty rice is pretty tasty. A decent amount of side selections, and the meals come with your choice of two.
I’d say this is better than KFC, and about as good as Popeye’s (when you get that fresh out of the fryer piece of spicy chicken breast — ahh).
