Horrible customer service, spoke with Scott the manager and he was willing to ship an item exactly had previously been shipped. Wanted to charge over $ 200 for a custom made box. What a scam!!!

The people were nice, although it was quite busy and the lines were long. I wanted to print out a poster board and it seemed like everything was working out well. I gave my flash drive to them, they found the file, they confirmed the size and the type of material to print it on, and said come back in an hour. Well, I came back in an hour and the guy said he had some trouble with the printer and so started it late, so come back in 15 minutes. Well, before I even had a chance to come back 15 minutes later, he called me and said he was still having trouble with it. I decided to cancel the job and wasted a lot of time. I didn’t mind waiting for it all, but it’s disappointing when a company is supposed to offer a service and can’t deliver.

Fed Ex would not release a package to me unless I had a tracking number. Address wasn’t enough. They wouldn’t verify online. They did nothing to make me want to do business with this location again. If you need packages delivered, choose another Fed Ex location.
