People there are extremely unfortunate. Pool is small, the apartments are mostly 2bedroom 1 bath. None have two bath. None has washer and dryer in units. Most tenants have multiple pit bulls and Mesa Police Dept cruise through the entire complex several times throughout the day leaving with someone in the back seat handcuffed. 95% of the tenants are drug dealers, drug addicts, Escorts/​Prostitutes. They also film B porn films there. I feel awful for anyone who is there due to lack of income. Not to mention you can get into the apartments adjacent to you through the attic hole in the closet
The owner wrote me a message. She actually cared enough to read the post. Which I will add another star now

Absolutely the worst apartments i gave ever seen.
Roach infested, air conditioners dont work and management has no plans to fix them.
Young kids running rampant in the common areas after ten all week.
This place reminds me of the projects.
If i could leave a negative star i definitely would!

Zero stars was not an option. This place is absolute hell. If you want broken appliances dirty pools police cars and helicopters every night this is the place for you, Not to mention the staff here is complete shit, My lease could not be up soon enough counting down the days!

DO NOT RENT HERE! You will not get what you were promised, they do not uphold any prior agreements. The women in the office are nasty and have no understanding of what customer service means. They are liars. Moving here will be the biggest mistake you make, you will regret it for the entire duration of your lease
