This place is great. I walked in and there were a variety of appliances. Within five minutes bought a whirlpool. Everyone is so helpful and friendly.

It was a little overpriced, but they have free delivery possibly same day and a complimentary 90 day warranty. — I did a self install, BC I didn’t want to get charged $ 15 for the new lines. — I chose a newer model of the same Kenmore I had, but you can tell on 2^nd rinse the clothes are not spun dry as much as my old model.
There’s a $ 25 off coupon here on Unilocal,which helps with the price. — you can get much better deals on craiglist w delivery, but this place has a convenient showroom and friendly staff to answer questions. They also have financing options and take visa/​mc. You can use AMEX only on the Unilocal coupon, not in store.
I only knock off a star, BC I think they should offer a credit for your old appliance. — they will take it away for free, but won’t offer the customary $ 50 credit other places offer.

I needed a no frills washer and dryer. I didn’t want to buy a new set, but didn’t want to go the Craig’s List route either. I went to this store because of the other Unilocal reviews and the coupon.
The store itself is very clean. It doesn’t feel shady in the least. The appliances are priced reasonably and come with a 90-​day warranty. They have a really decent inventory. There were a couple different washer and dryer sets for me to chose from, or I could’ve mixed and matched too.
Adrian was the gentleman who helped me. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. He honored my coupon from Unilocal without any trouble.
I’m having the set delivered and installed. I needed to purchase new parts for the install, which is understandable. The delivery will be Tuesday. I was hoping to get it sooner, but it was not a deal beaker. I’m not expecting any trouble with the units. I’ll update if I do. Thumbs up here!

Bought a side by side refrigerator last June. There were some problems and they made three trips to make the repairs. I had another problem three months later and didn’t charge me even though it was out of warranty. I’ve needed one repair since, they came out right away and the charge was fair. They are professional and courteous and I will be purchasing from them again.

Got a nice, almost new kenmore washer and dryer matching set here. Staff inside was super helpful, got me setup with everything including delivery, and I also chose to add set up and heavy duty hoses (which they had there, didn’t have to go buy anything extra) for a reasonable price. When it got delivered the guy called before he got there to let me know he was 30 minutes out, so I could plan to be around for it. When the crew got there, they were quick and professional. One of the guys even took the time to explain all the options on the machines, and how to do some simple troubleshooting if something stopped working. The deal also included a three month warranty, which doesn’t surprise me because they’re selling nice stuff not garbage! I would definitely go back and would recommend them to anybody.

Clean store and everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. We received next day shipping included in our price, which was very reasonable. Our Unilocal coupon was honored without question.

Mr. Manager, of course you’re going to deny any wrong doing, but the fact is you sold me a crappy product & kept $ 50 of my refund! That’s not «my money back!» I was calm & never raised my voice or became irate. Customers were asking me about the problems I had with your product. When I told them about the crap you sold me the owner told me to stop bothering his customers and threatened to kick me out. Trust me, I wanted to buy a quality used dryer from a store instead of Craigslist, but you ripped me off anyway! I just want any potential customers to know the facts before considering buying a crappy appliance from your store & not having a «warranty» as promised. What a waste of time & money!

Very good experience! Nice, clean showroom. Excellent customer service from the sale to the guys on the truck. I got a nice, new open box stainless fridge that was perfect for my space and the guys that installed it went over and above to make sure I was happy. I would highly recommend Used Appliances for anyone looking for nice, clean, used and open box appliances.
If I could make one suggestion that would take their business from super to stellar, it would be after the install and before leaving to totally clean the outside of the stainless appliance to showroom condition. All in all a great experience. Thank you!
