Nice to hear live Christmas music while waiting patiently in line to mail my goodies! I came here today to mail some packages, and got there as they were closing. Lucky me! As I was waiting in line, I observed a couple of customers angrily snapped at one of the clerks. Happy Holidays ladies! There you are trying to mail your gift packages pretending to be nice, and then treating the employees like crap.
Keep it classy! Naughty behavior won’t get you karmic points from Santa! Do you get my drift?
Their manners almost destroyed the positive atmosphere. Glad it didn’t affect me thanks to the lovely musicians playing in the background.
The clerks seemed to notice because I was very pleasant with them.
I scored a hershey kiss chocolate for being so joyful and sweet. lol
Merry Christmas to the postal workers and have a happy New Year!!!

They don’t believe in having great customer service here. Take your business to the ups store on baseline and country club (NW corner by frys). It’s worth the drive, and they have amazing customer service!

This post office is terrible. I have had 3 packages that were not delivered. When I call to investigate they are rude. They tell my that they will look into the matter and call me back and of course they do not. Moving soon and glad that I dont have to put up with these people anymore. There is def something shady going on at this location.

Nice Post Office, centrally located in the center of downtown Mesa, though not on the main street, adequate parking, no problems. Kinda reminds me of my PO back home.
