I’m a platinum member at ulta and gone to many locations! It was my first time to this location since I was near the area and decided to stop by! From my experience the employees where all really nice and helpful! The location was clean, and organized, compared to other locations.

Let me say that I am a platinum member of Ulta and I go to a lot of ulta stores because I am addicted to their products. I have had amazing experiences with their services in other locations. In this store, their esthetician, Sherri, has to be the rudest person I have ever met. I was looking for some cosmetics and she was pushing her services on me instead of listening to my needs. When I said I would book I asked for more information and she was so rude to me that I changed my mind. She made a snide remark and I went on to shop. I understand why the other reviews of this location describe the service as rude. I will keep shopping at Ulta, just not in this hostile store. They should definitely invest in some customer service training and hire people who are more customer service oriented.

This was my second time seeing Deann Winn at this location she is very prompt and really listens to what I want. I have regularly gone to high end salons and the«experts«don’t really listen to me. They do what they feel is best. Then I pay hundreds of dollars. Deann is a $ 10. Cut but she is fantastic. She was current on all the new coloring techniques. I love my new color and cut! I scheduled my next two appointments. Thank you! Thank you!

I recently went into the salon to get my hair done, this was the first time I’ve been at this location for hair services and this will be my last. I needed to get color and to get some color removed. First off the workers there seem very rude and not too nice, my appointment was at 4:00 I showed up a few minutes early like you should and she was still working on her last client, I sat waiting for almost 20 mins till she finally sat me for my consultation, and we talked and she told me a price. Half way through the service I’m then told«oh there’s a length charge for how long your hair is» and they then quoted me all most $ 25 dollars more then the original price I was told, which is wrong and rude! That’s what the consultation is for, if I knew my hair was going to cost me more I would of said forget it! You don’t tell a client the price is more almost half way through the service. It was like pulling teeth trying to get a final price from anyone. I understand hair dressers like to take their time to make things look good but it literally took about 3 hours! Started at 4:20ish and finished at 7:20 plus another 20 mins for toner, I left with a wet head because I had to be somewhere not thinking it would take so long. I later had to re-wash my own hair on the count of she didn’t completely remove the bleach. I like the way the color turned out but I was truly not happy about them changing my quoted price half way through the service, and the atmosphere of the workers just sucks in general!

I went to this Ulta Salon on April 12th to get my hair cut and donate to Locks of Love. When the hairstylist went to cut the ponytail she cut it to short and instead of admitting her mistake she kept trying to fix it. Now I have a haircut that instead of being shoulder length is just below my ears, shows where the ponytail was cut in the back, has a long texture cut on one side(what I asked for) and a short texture on the other(what I specifically asked her not to do). It is very obviously two different haircuts. The side she almost did right was still done wrong because the bottom layer is longer than the top and it should be just the opposite. When I spoke with her manager she agreed that my hair was messed up and that she couldn’t fix it for about a month and a half without cutting it even shorter. Worst haircut I have ever had!!!

Very rude and unhelpful staff including the manager. I spend an average of 200 – 400 a month at this store buying only the top makeup brands. I went to return once and got headache, too many excuses, too confusing… they said their computer was not allowing them to do an easy return with my receipt because it showed it had been returned before because when I first bought the item it was overcharged from the price advertised and I went back in to have them correct the price(I was over charged $ 14). She gave me a run around and ended up having me stand there for OVER30 minutes while she made calls and messed with the computer. Too many mistakes are made at this store with the products not ringing up to the price advertised(mostly on hair products) I have had it happen a handful of times where I have had to go back in and have them fix it. This last time I was there I checked my total that rang up and knew it was wrong, I had her read it back to me and she was being sooooo rude to me that I questioned it. I ended up finding two items over charged in the amount of 24 dollars… seriously?! You would think they would have nicer people working that were more understanding of their mistakes instead of being rude about the purchase. I will never return. I go to Sephora now and I am much happier with their coupons(which are actually deals and not bs). DON’T WASTEYOURMONEYHERE!

Nice staff, clean location, but I cant stand the items you have to get on the floor to look at, the need to redo their setup.
