Apartment was fine for the short time I lived there pretty outdated for the price you pay but I believe they were updating at the time I lived there. The only issue I had was when I moved out and come to find out I get contacted by a lawyer saying I owe over $ 500 when I already paid over $ 1400 in deposits that they kept what am I paying for their remodels? So then I try to contact the apartment complex because the lawyer has no idea and is only like pay us money! Well they never answer the phone in the office and when they do they either put you on hold and «mistakenly» the call drops them when I was actually able to talk to someone they couldn’t even find my info or that I ever lived there. I never did find out why I owe what I owe because I keep getting the run around so beware!

This apartment community does not care about it’s tenants at all. Blanca and all the front office staff are not helpful, unwelcoming, and befriend tenants who disturb the peace of the community, particularly at early hours of the morning when tenants should be sleeping.
Also pets crap everywhere and the owners do not pick it up.
Also a few weeks ago a couple was chasing each other angrily in the courtyard. The police came and arrested one of them.
Not a safe community at all.
Please rent elsewhere for your safety and comfort.

Kylie is awesome!!! We are in the middle of moving from the sale of our home and the purchase of the new home falling through due to termites… With that said we have been looking for a short term solution until we find another house to put an offer in on; Kylie has made this process super simple! When we first saw this property, she listened to our situation, and even have us some additional information to an apartment locator that may be able to help us! How awesome! She was more focused on helping us find the right short term solution vs completing a sale! Regardless, we ended up back here to sign a 6 month lease while searching for our new home! She’s gotten us into an apartment within the same day and made the process as simple as possible! The apartments are huge and the grounds seem nice and clean! Definitely a place to check out if your looking!!!
