I have been using Tekkie Teks (previously Compu Enterprises, Lorenzo) for more than ten years. I have found him the be very responsive whenever I needed his help. He has provided advise when it came time to order a new computer from Dell for my photography studio. Whenever it was time for an upgrade or a repair, he was always there. Calls were always returned promptly, and he was never more than a day away for an appointment. He has even gone so far as to buy parts I needed for a repair, and not charge anything extra for his time and effort. I have found him to be current on most systems and technologies out there. He recently advised me on the latest «Cloud» options available for my situation. I have recommended Lorenzo numerous times, and will continue to do so. It just doesn’t get any better when a business is local AND knows what it’s doing!

I would never use anyone else but Lorenzo! I had a situation where my son’s computer crashed at college in Monterey one Monday morning and he had just finished 3 hours of homework the night before for Tuesday morning class. So I drove down and picked up his computer and gave my son an extra laptop we had. Lorenzo met me in Brentwood to pick up the computer and he was able to retrieve his homework and email his work to him on the computer I dropped off so he did not have to redo it. He had his crashed computer back to me by that Thursday. He is so intelligent and knowledgeable about everything! He has done many favors on short notice, and always is very accomodating. I highly recommend this company!!!

Tekkie Teks (Lorenzo) has serviced our business and personal computers for approx. eight years. He is an absolute wiz when it comes to computer/​laptop issues. His diagnostic abilities, knowledge and quick turn around time is unsurpassed. I can’t remember a time when he has picked up my computer and I didn’t have it back in working order the next day. When you run a business, you can appreciate how important that can be! His fees are more than fair, especially when you factor in what your own time is worth.
