The most pleasant interaction at a Starbucks I have had recently. I went inside so cannot attest to the drive thru. The place was not as jammed packed as others– thankfully. And service went surprisingly quick even though two people were ahead of me in line. The only complaint really is they didn’t put a sleeve on my hot beverage…(I did this myself– which didn’t kill me but when you spend over $ 5 on a drink– well, you get the idea…) but the PSL was pretty good. I was weary due to my recent tumultuous relationship with Starbucks… The only other thing was the staff was a little loud with private convos(and work related convos) while I am trying to do some work between home visits(P.S. go easy on the new guy ;P We were all new to our job at some point. ;)…). But I was kinda sitting at the table down the hall behind them… so that coulda just been me… I almost gave 4 stars but I still can’t say SBUX is as good as Dutchys(in good faith). But this was an admirable effort: 3.51 for this experience. ;)

Really bad service in drive thru the night crew is terrible. They have messed up my drinks every time I have gone there and when you’re paying $ 3 to $ 5 per drink I think it’s frustrating to have to battle them to get it right.

A few workers are nice and understanding. For some reason my drinks and food are always forgotten or they come out after the 3 – 7 customers that were behind me. Don’t know if everyone else has this problem. Only go here still because I live right next door and it’s on my way to the highway.

I have only been to Starbucks a few times being it just wasn’t anything there I enjoyed. I was recently introduced to a delicious drink Peach Green Tea with Lemon. I have visited the store in my area now 3 times and can say today will be my last visit. Although this drink is the biz… it’s not enough for me to come back with the way the customer service is on the inside. The lady in the drive through was fine and bubbly and welcomed all her guest that came in. So why such sorry service once your inside??? I’m sorry but, the inside team needs to shape up or ship out! There was one man that was nice blonde hair. He thanked me but other than… I’m good! There are 3 other Starbucks in my area I’ll see what there about otherwise I will not be missing out on something I never really visit often anyways. I would give the drink 5 stars but when you get a cup of ice and less drink and paid almost $ 5 but you live and you learn!

Always a long line but they are efficient and friendly. The staff know the regulars and their orders which is great for as busy as they are. Highly recommended this store can’t speak for all of them but this one is home away from home.

If you have 30 minutes to blow, you could sit in the drive thru here. Been behind 4 cars that are moving slower than molasses in snow. Can’t wait to get my drink. Should’ve gone inside. Finally got to the window, only 1 barista is doing walk ups and drive thru orders. Sucks, poor guy.

Most of the baristas that work here have snobby, dgaf looks on their faces all the time. It’s actually unsettling going inside that location. 2 stars only because of a young gentleman that works in the mornings. Don’t know his name but he’s super friendly, always smiling and has great customer service. The rest of the staff could pick up tips from him. Update: I did finally get that young mans name and tipped him $ 5 and told him that he’s always so nice when he works drive thru. Matt is doing a fine job at customer service. His smile and friendliness go a long way.

The new caramel flan frappacino is awesome! Don’t usually go to this location but happened to be in the area. When I walked in, the barista said hello, but after waiting in line the young man at the register just stood there and looked at me. No hello, may I help you, what can I get for you… nothing. Come on guys, your better than that!

What a great way to start your day! I haven’t had the best experiences in the store ordering but Drive Thur makes up for it.. I love that they have a camera and can even predict my order by the sight of my car.. Though no one has asked for my real name, i guess I’m not a «bob» yet.. :) Just a card toting Gold Card member, you know, nothing special :-) lol

Pulling upto the drive thru menu, a voice beckons asking for my order. «welcome to starbucks!» the voice in the box says. I stare in wonder and think it must be magic, so, as though hypnotized I reply, «treinta sweetened iced coffee, without cream, please» and next thing I know I’m at a window, and a barista appears with a smile, ready to scan my starbucks rewards card. They hand me my coffee, the window closes then just like a snap of fingers, I forget what occurred but realize in my hand is a yummy iced coffee and I go my merry way.

They got my order started fast and the employees are happy. So am I. Life is good. I appreciate a business where the employees are happy and friends. They all seem to get along well, which really helped the environment. Would I say this Starbucks is better than most, yes. Would I go out of my way just to go to this Starbucks, probably not, but I would go back.

I have gone to this Starbucks many times over the last 4 years because it is the closest one to my house. They have friendly staff and prompt service, however, they are frequently out of most of the non-drink items on their menu unless you get there before 8am.

This is the Starbucks closest to my work, and it has a drive-thru, so I go here often. I’ve been SOOO irritated with them lately because they try to «upsell» to me every morning. I pull up to the drive-thru, and the first thing they say is «Hi, I’m so-and-so, can I start you out with a Pumpkin Spice Latte or a breakfast sandwich?» or whatever it is they are upselling that week. Then, today, not only did I have to listen to that on the front-end of my order, but then when I’m done ordering my iced coffee, she asks me again, «Would you like anything else with that, perhaps a breakfast pastry?» REALLY? I am in a hurry, I know what I want, and I want to get it quickly and be on my way. It’s just so irritating to me to have to listen to them every morning go through their list of what they want to offer me. It just really seems ‘beneath” Starbucks to be doing this crap. I expect it at a fast food joint or the movie theater, but not Starbucks. I have called the manager and complained about this but he really could care less.
