Specialty Carpet Cleaning

OK, I’m giving 2 starts for effort. First, let me say that I only have used their pool cleaning service, so not sure how well they do with everything else. They were recommended by a friend, and even though they cost more than my previous pool service, I went ahead. The first pool guy that they gave me was not good. He couldn’t understand the things I was asking him to do, and basically put in chemicals, skimmed, and left. However, after I called and spoke with them, they got me a better technician who seems to know what he is doing. But I still have a few issues. First, I have a salt pool, and they just put chlorine in. The first guy put in a quarter of a bag of salt. I told him I used to put in 4 entire bags… Also, they are supposed to service my hot tub, but as far as I can tell, they never have. Finally, they charged me for cleaning the salt cell, which my old pool service included as part of regular maintenance… Clearly, next season I will look for someone else. Why is it so hard to find good pool service in the city with the most pools in the world?

Bad bad bad bad bad… If you appreciate customer service this is not the company for u as they have horrible customer service. Worst pool cleaning service we’ve ever had at our home. They have really bad customer service. Everyone is really rude and disrespectful. Their office people have an attitude and take no accountability for their mistakes. They let my pool get green. Once they finally came out to look at our pool the guy just said he was gonna call in to get approval and he just left. Said they would send someone back the next day No one ever showed up. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

In response to an emergency situation due to a leak, I had the pleasure of working with Justin A. of Specialty Cleaning Services today. As I am house-​sitting for friends, I was extra cautious and concerned that the job be done well and right. No reason to be concerned. Justin showed up, took great care and concern for the job, was very friendly and personable, and did an overall great job! Kudos to Justin!
