Silverback Roofing

My patio roof has no slope and has always been a problem whenever it rains. It has been like this for 23 years. I’ve had it repaired over and over again and it still leaked. Recently I got estimates from three different roofers. Two of them suggested using similar methods of repair with a rolled roofing material that is better than what had been used in the past. Ken from Silverback Roofing was the only one that recommended a TPO material that would be better than previous materials. Not all roofers have the skill set to install TPO, and it is a little more expensive than rolled roofing. Silverback gives a 5 year workmanship and 15 year material warranty. Their two man crew of Mike and Kendal worked non stop for two days to finish and did a great job. I would highly recommend Silverback Roofing for any roof repairs.

A repair took 3 separate visits to get it right after I had been pushed back several weeks on their schedule. Ken talks about getting the job done right, but his crews’ workmanship seemed hurried and overlooked the details.

I highly recommend this roofer. Firstly I got their name from a realtor who uses them on all his properties. They are licensed, bonded and insured. I felt comfortable knowing that they were experienced and did quality work. The quote came in extremely reasonable compared to many I had received. They came out and did the job as promised. They finished within a couple days time and reassured me they fixed the trouble areas (around Ac). They left no messes to clean up. Thank you!
