Phoenix Bee Removal LLC

I called this company cause they offered service for a flat rate $ 80. Nathan showed up promptly the first time, sprayed some chemical and told me to call him if I see bees at the same location within a week. I saw bees again at the same location where he sprayed. I called him back, he said he will come again but he never showed up or bothered to call.
If I read the above review earlier I would have saved $ 80. Penny wise pound foolish!!!

I scheduled an appointment on April 28 for Ben to come out on Saturday May 4 (or during the week between the hours of 7am-​10am-​whatever worked for him). He said that my home is a far drive for him so he could see what he could do to squeeze me in. Saturday, May 4 at 8:30am I called and left a message to see when he would be at my home. I have not heard from him since April 28 when we originally set the appointment. I am writing this review on May 8, still no return call.
Their website makes it clear that they service my area and it gives an East Valley and West Valley number; I called the West Valley number even though I am in North East Phoenix. Either way, I had an appointment that was not honored.
I called this company because of the advertised $ 80 flat rate bee removal after calling 3 other pest control companies and was given estimates of $ 200-​$ 350 for the same service. This is a great rate if the company actually shows up to your house.
