I’m a fan. They did a good job, got us right in for an appointment. I thought the person that cleaned our carpets was friendly, talkative and professional. Not too pushy when it came to offering accessories. The carpets looked great and they still do. The price was right and I didn’t feel like anything smelled too chemically or anything after he left. He placed down a rug and always asked permission to use water etc.

Oxi Fresh cleaned my carpets on 11÷13÷15, and I was first of all pleased with their customer service. I called them on 11÷10÷15, did not leave a message, they saw my phone number and called me back w/n a few minutes. I honestly would have moved on to the next company if they had not returned my call.
I digress…
I scheduled an appointment with them to come to my home, the tech, Kody, called me twice to follow up, they day prior and the day of to confirm we were still on schedule. Kody was super friendly, very efficient and told me if the pet smell does not come out of my carpet he will come back out free of charge and do it again. :)
I would totally recommend Oxi Fresh, because their customer service is amazing and their techs are on point.
Thank you Oxi for calling me back even though I did not leave a message on the day I called. :)
