Management is unprofessional and rude. Amenities are minimal. Lot rent is steep yet in the 3 years I’ve been here improvement are elusive. The park collects upwards of $ 165,000 a MONTH, which has increased. They provide little to no security. Breakins and thefts are common. Many homes are old, unsightly, with yards not being maintained. If I was in the position to move, I certainly would.

I’ve lived in this community for many years. Previously no loud motorcycles (Harleys) were allowed. In their dreams. No wonder people are leaving this park for greener pastures. We like others are moving. Or, they can insist NO MOTORCYCLES, OR VEHICLES WITHOUT QUIET MUFFLERS/​HEADERS.
