Wow! This company has it TOGETHER! Excellent customer service from start to finish. Not only did I get a courtesy reminder call from the office regarding the appointment, the technician (Mark) called me to let me know he was on the way! Once here, he took the time to do the tuning just right, and even cleaned the interior components. You don’t find such great service very often, these are my permanent piano guys!

Mark has been the tuner/​technician of my Steinway grand piano for several years. He is a meticulous and careful worker who uses state of the art tuning technologies. Recently he addressed an issue with my piano’s action and solved the problem quickly and affordably. His prices are low and the instrument always sounds glorious when he is finished. I highly recommend him for tuning, action regulation and voicing if you have a quality instrument.
