This place is a disaster. I went with a buddy. We rented 7 guns for a bachelor party, spending nearly $ 1000 including a deposit. Once out of state with the equipment, the disaster started… Several of the guns leaked upon application of Co2 from permanent airlines on them. Hoppers fell off three of the guns at least. One gun shot a bolt out the rear and into the chest of the player. Two tanks provided were expired and the field wouldn’t even fill them due to safety concerns. The lenses fell out of one pair of goggles. Air tanks were given to us empty. I understand that rental equipment is generally a little beat up, but this equipment didn’t even function properly. It was obvious that the equipment wasn’t even checked prior to giving it to us. I have been playing the sport for over 15 years, and this is absolutely unacceptable practice. Clearly this business puts its bottom line before the safety of its customers. What’s funny to me, is that when all of these issues were pointed out upon return of the equipment, they claimed that our group«thrashed» the equipment, and couldn’t even provide a full refund. Way to build a life long customer. I will never spend another dime at Mesa Paintball Supply. I would recommend that all persons steer clear of the store for their own safety and the safety of their children or family who may use equipment from here. Aside from the rental fiasco, Upon browsing the store, there were bins of used equipment. One can only wonder how much of this equipment is stolen and taken in by the store for credit. I really didn’t see any documentation or inventory control taking place for this equipment at all. If you are missing any of your equipment, Mesa paintball supply might be a good place to start looking for it. In addition, staff clearly appeared under the influence of marijuana. Probably something you don’t want your kids who play the sport to be around. Good luck to all of those who decide to continue to conduct business at this establishment.

I dunno about the paintball side, but I have been there 3 times now for gun-related stuff, & have been happy every time! Great prices, great selection. had to wait a little bit once, but they were busy, so I get it. I called ahead once, looking for a part, & they were very helpful & remembered me when I got to the store. I will use them again!

I love this place, fair prices and good customer service, I bought some ammo and forgot two boxes. They had it at register for me saved with name on it.

I hate writing a review based one visit but I won’t be going back. I Went into the store with the intention of buying a scope for $ 40 but I was willing to spend $ 60 for the right scope. It was only for a BB gun so no need for high priced fancy scopes. First they had no prices on any of the scopes but one. The person working the register called for someone in the back office to assist me but they were too busy. I was the only one in the store at the time with a staff of three people. I realized the only way was going to find a scope was to point one out and then the lady would take the scope out of the case and walk all the way to the register and tell me the price. After 10min still no help from the back office. Then a customer walked in and an employee came from the back and asked him right away if he needed his cylinder filled. «Ok that sucked for me». I don’t know what was so important in the back office but to me the most important person in a store is the customer. It was a potential sale of $ 60 dollars that they could have made in less then 15min. I guess the paintball business is doing pretty good that they don’t need every customer in their store purchasing something.
