Very unorganized office and not so nice office staff. Save your time and money, go somewhere else. I must say the doctor is pretty great, but too bad his office don’t know how to run themselves. Definitely not going back.

One of the worst office staff and manager I’ve had to deal with. First of all, they never open their phone lines on time. I’ve called them on several occasions during their business hours and they don’t answer until at least 15 minutes they’ve opened. I had to schedule an emergency follow up to an ER visit and I gave my insurance over the phone which they didn’t seem to have a problem with. However when I got to the office and handed my card in they told me they didn’t accept my insurance and I had to pay the full amount for the appointment. In the waiting room they were well behind on appointments and another patient was complaining that they had been waiting 20 minutes passed their appointment time. My actual appointment with the doctor was okay, but dealing with the aftermath has been a huge pain. I had a miscarriage and I needed my husband to help me through it so we asked about FMLA. The doctor told us to have the office manager fill it out. We explained what we needed and gave her the form and she assured us it would be done. She did fill it out but she couldn’t fax it, I’m not exactly sure why, so I had to pick it up and fax it myself. Then we heard back from my husband’s benefits office that it wasn’t the right form. We got a new one, went back to the office and asked Helen, the office manager, to fill it out again. She did, but it was incorrect again. My husband only took a week off of work and she had written the FMLA as continuous instead of temporary. I took another form, with the dates my husband took off, and explained the error to her. She said she’d correct the form and fax it in. This was two days ago and my husband is running out of time to get the form in. I just called the office(20 minutes after they were supposed to be open again from lunch) and she said she’d fax it in today. My husband will check with his benefits office tomorrow to see if they received it. If not, we’ll just go back to the office and fax it ourselves since it is apparently too hard for her to do. Update: Husband called his benefits office. Helen did not send the form like she’d said she would. He had to in to get it from her and fax it himself only to find that she lost the forms. He had her fill them out again, make sure that she actually did them correctly and then send them in himself. Good God! This is a whole new level of incompetence. If I was as bad at my job as she is at hers I’d have been fired a long time ago.

It’s a nice, new building, a nice office, well decorated, comfortable, fairly easy to find, convenient to the east valley and I really like my nurse; she’s extremely competent, thorough and caring, but what a sourpuss at the front desk. Sheesh! That very first non-welcome is such a turn off! I’m sorry you’re soooo busy that I’m nothing but an irritation to you. How about looking me in the eye? How about looking up from your paperwork to talk to me? How about a hearty«hello» upon my approach? Or perhaps a weak smile and some eye contact? I suppose we’re all just too busy for the common courtesies anymore.

It’s the worst place I’ve been to. They tell me my appointment is at 8:30 and I am at the door at 8:30 doors were locked. So at 9:00 they all show up so I ask why my appointment was at 830 and nobody was there they straight out lied to me saying they were there. There office is so unorganized paperwork piled up the ladies behind the desk don’t even know where to start and end. I am going to call my doctor and ask not to be referred there again. Just all around bad customer service. I think they feel like because they have a plaque saying were on the best doctor of Arizona couple years ago gives them the right to mistreat people but I don’t think that should be ok.

This place has the worst staff I have ever had to deal with in my life! I myself work in a medical office and have had to go the extra mile for a patient lots of time… Not just to provide great customer service but also to keep our patients! My daughter was scheduled for a new patient appointment today and I called in to make sure I knew what I was looking at money wise and the lady who answered the phone said no! I can’t check that for you I’m way to busy! And then I said ok just cancel my appointment then I don’t want to be a part of a office that can’t go the extra mile for a patient and she said ok that’s fine and cancelled my daughters appointment! Boy do I feel sorry for that Doctor! Wonder if she is aware of how many patients she probably looses a day due to poor customer service!!! I will never go here or recommend this OBGYN to anyone!!!
