La Parrillita

This place is in the Fiesta Mall food court of all places. I’ve had some of the best mexican fast food here. Don’t ask me why but there’s usually 1 of 2 people cooking. a man or a woman. When the guy’s there the chips are homemade and everything is cooked great. When the lady is there, the chips are store bought and things aren’t cooked as well. However, either way their food is always good. Their salsas are so good. They have awesome tacos and enchiladas. Though I only get enchiladas if the guy is there. The food here is never greasy and the meat is usually well trimmed. except the barbacoa. Love this place. One thing to note is there’s a charge for using credit cards but it’s less than a $ 1.
