Terry is an amazing representative for this company. I took my Kirby Sentria II head in expecting a $ 35 — $ 50 repair for a belt lifter replacement. He took the time to look at the lifter and explain proper belt installation. I left with absolute confidence in his ability and integrity. He replaced my belt for $ 3 and I was back out the door sure of where I would bring my Kirby for any future repairs!

Brought my Kirby here after an AMAZING experience at Baseline Sew & Vac! After terrible customer service at the other place I brought my Kirby to Terry! That was on a Saturday morning and Saturday afternoon it was ready. Terry FIXED the problem that the other guy didn’t seem to know HOW too. I used to use Terry before but(my wife told me they closed). They hadn’t CLOSED just MOVED. I will ALWAYS bring my Kirby BACK to Terry when it needs repaired. Very FAST, reasonable and most importantly fixed RIGHT! I’ll definitely do business again and recommend this business to anyone who needs your vacuum repaired! (UPDATE: TERRY showed me WHY I was continuously paying for the«Foot Drive Shift» to be repaired by the guy I’d used prior to relocating Terry! Instead of REPLACING the broken«switch», he was simply«SUPERGLUING» the broken part back together and charging me approx. the SAME price as it’d cost for a NEW one! As a «Retired Aircraft Mechanic» and someone who made a LIVING with his hands, I honestly can’t believe I’m writing something in which a guy, that makes a LIVING with his hands as a mechanic, actually«SUPERGLUED» a broken part back together and called it GOOD! I’ve NEVER seen that in my LIFE! I know it sounds cliché but, the olé saying… «you GET what you PAY for» once again holds true! On my receipt from Terry, it said in BOLD, HIGHLIGHTED letters. «1YEARWARRANTY on all parts and labor» THANKSTERRY! You’ve got my business forever! But you fixed it so well, I’m not SURE I’ll see you very often! ;-)

I don’t know what their sales is like, but their service is like pulling teeth. I felt like I was trying to convince him to repair my Kirby. It might have been his sense of humor, but I’ve never been treated like that. If you take your Kirby here, be prepared for some kind of resistance.
