lier lier pants on fire my i5 phone under warranty was not charging well took phone in to get replaced was told that the phone was available for a free up grade and they could sign sign me up for a new better plan !!! right when i said all i want is this phone replaced i was told THAT IT WAS OUT OF WARRANTY and because of its age could not be fixed that the only thing i could do was up grade my phone for free with a better plan WRONG !!!
PLEASE KNOW this is NOT a Verizon store its a private franchise [ i found this out when i took my phone into a REAL Verizon store]
i took my phone it to a Real Verizon store were they took my info and there is a new phone being delivered in 2 days FREE UNDER WARRANTY [ 1 day if i had been in before 5 pm]
these people at I’d Go Wireless are incompetent lier’s STAY AWAY

I just want to know if I can return my Verizon iPhone 5S here? I haven’t returned it since I upgraded on the Edge Plan, so now Verizon has charged me for the phone. If I could take care of this at this location, it’d be much more convenient.
