By far the worst property management company I have ever had to encounter/​deal with. The owner of this particular location Mike Hill is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, incompetent Douch bag I’ve EVER had to be in contact with. He’s a slum-​Lord and will find any way possible to tack on fee’s to your rent to cover his out of town trips. He refuses to take care of property issues, will belittle you if you are a woman and happen to call him out on his BS and then deliberately with hold your rent to retaliate against you and illegally serve you to have you evicted all because he has to get off his fat ass and do his job. I highly recommend not dealing with company or him it will be a nightmare for whomever chooses to due so. Trust me…
