This is a decent place. I have to give one star because the person working there was suspect. My nephews and I show up at 9:30pm thinking we can hit balls until 10pm. The person running the place walked up to our car and before we even get out he says they close at 8pm during winter months. Totally understandable but then he asks us how long we wanted to hit. We tell him we only have 7 bucks so not very long. He proceeds to tell us the credit card machine was already shut down but that if we paid him cash he would turn on the machines and let us hit for ½hr. I was very thankful he would let us hit since my nephews were here from out of town. So we pay the guy and he gives us our bats and we go to town. We finish at 10pm as promised and as I hand him my bat I tell him how much I appreciate him letting us hit. He says he doesn’t mind hooking people up from time to time and that if I was very thankful that I could tip him. Tip the batting cage attendant? Maybe it is normal in batting cage culture to tip the batting cage attendant and I just don’t really know how it works but it seemed weird. As I’m waiting for my nephews to finish up their last round more people show up and he takes their cash as well! I start putting two and two together and, well, you can make your own conclusion.

A great place to train your batting skills, Home Run stadium has been around for years and offers a lot of variety in a small area. The facility tends to be clean and their pitching machines range at speeds of different intervals from slow pitch softball to fast pitch baseball, so you can take your nephew out to little-league batting practice while you work on your softball-hitting skills. HR Stadium offers clinics such as pitching clinics, and though I’ve never gone to one, I think the idea is really cool. If you don’t play baseball anymore, the batting cage is still a great way to let off steam!
