Would absolutely give no stars, if I could. Absolute WASTE of time. The customer service is the worst, I work retail for a living, and if I gave anything close to what just went down, I would be fired on the spot. I will NEVERTHELESS rent from Hertz again, and I am going to do my damnedest to make sure everyone I know will avoid this place like the plague. I would rather rent a car from SATAN with my name signed in blood than come anywhere close to Hertz again…
