so went ahead and gave them a second chance and went in for a haircut today and O.M.G worst haircut of my entire life and so horrible i asked them to fix it and the lady just started going on about how it would be too short ect so i gave up paid my tab and went straight to home to fix my self. absolutely disgusted with this store as now this is twice they have shown absolutely no concern for customer service!!!
