Sure enough, never heard or saw flowers from these people again but the really nice thing is I rated them on FTD site, and received a phone call that very same Sunday evening from FTD C, S. He was so nice and promised that he would make sure I got my new fresh flowers; And so he did! Phoenix Flower shop arrived at my door with the most beautiful bouquet after FTD Customer Svc contacted them and explained what happened. Very nice ending to this afterall :)

WORSTFLORIST-EVER! Avoid doing business with this florist at all cost. My boyfriend(he lives out of state) ordered a dozen roses for our anniversary. The flowers arrived in a wilted, sad, nearly dead state. I put fresh water in the vase in an attempt to revive them, but no such luck. Reluctantly, I told my boyfriend that the flowers were terrible and given that they delivered(nearly) dead flowers on the first go around, I did not have faith in a 2nd attempt to get it right. He called them, explained the situation and they told him that they would come back and pick up the flowers and refund him once they had the flowers back. They came and picked up the flowers. After a MONTH and numerous conversations with Debbie and Karen(the owners of this so-called business) that consisted of them passing the buck back and forth between them, saying that the«person responsible for refunds» is out of town, on another call they told my boyfriend to «just dispute it with Visa», and then he received a call from them requesting that we not dispute the charge with Visa, they apologized and said they would be refunding the money. Keep in mind, this was a month that they tied up the money from my boyfriend’s account because he used his Visa Debit card, which takes money directly from your checking account. When they finally did the refund THEYWITHHELDTHEDELIVERYFEE!!! They refused to refund the delivery fee and my boyfriend attempted, in good faith, to work with them through his bank and they refused to speak with him on the phone while he was with the manager of his bank trying to resolve the problem and they continue to refuse to refund the TOTALAMOUNT that was charged. Try Butterfly Petals(480) 882‑2436 or A Arizona Rose Company(480) 854‑3041 instead. Florists like Bloomers are the reason that people feel weary about ordering flowers without actually seeing them in person before they are delivered to the recipient. Shame on you, «No So Fresh Bloomers».

This low-end flower shop in an industrial strip mall should be avoided. The primary problem here is customer service. Called them in advance in the evening to confirm they were open and let them know I was coming by. Staff confirmed they were open but when I arrived 10 minutes later, they had shuttered the place closed. Clearly negligent and apathetic staff. Stay away.
