If I could rate this lower than 1 star I would. I took my 2 youngest daughters here today to get their hair cut. One with straight/​wavy hair got hers cut to her chin and it turned out cute. The other daughter who has very curly hair was just getting a trim. I told the stylist that I would like her hair to come to her shoulder blades, she then proceeded to cut her hair to her shoulder blades WHILE IT WAS WET!!! This has resulted in a haircut that is above her EARS! My daughter is very upset about it but I did not want to make her feel worse so I did not say anything at the time of service, however I am going to be calling now! If you do not how to cut curly hair, please, please, please just say so and do not try to do it! She and I are devastated. My 5 yr olds day is ruined, her hair is very important to her.
