EMC Insulation

Great service from day ONE. We are building a new home with 5000 sqft livable space and 2000 sqft garage and needed spray foam insulation under all roofs and selected wall areas. Before choosing EMC we had requested 5 bids in total from different local companies with the exact same insulation spray foam thickness (open cell foam). Not only was the company EMC Insulation the one that met our budget the best, but also provided their bid accurately in a very short time frame from just reviewing our floor plans that we’ve sent by email to their office (Alicia). We had to make sure that we are using the brand that was approved by the City and we were glad that we did check that. It had to be a specific one and EMC was flexible enough and able to deliver that specific brand for the exact same price. Any time we had questions prior to the spray job or after the spray job, Alicia was always very quick with her answers. We were lucky that they had a big crew available for our quite big job. They showed up in time with three trucks and prepared/​covered windows, doors, floors — everything that was critical and needed protection. Their supervisor Joel and another friendly guy walked through the home with us to discuss all details prior to the spray. This is a messy job, but at the end of the day they’ve accomplished what they promised to do in just one day, cleaned everything up and we had nothing to complain. It’s still an ongoing construction site without air conditioning and so it’s too early to say how the spray foam will perform once the house is totally sealed and cooled/​heated. But for now we can definitely say that EMC Insulation met our expectations to the fullest, we paid exactly as per their estimate, the service was friendly and prompt from all involved staff members. We will definitely recommend them to other home owners looking for their services.

I had our home spray foam insulated by EMC Insulation and I could not be happier! It was one of the best decisions I have made as a home owner. Our older home was leaking cool air in the summer and warm air in the winter and with college kids in and out our energy bills were getting totally out of control.
I did my research (the company website is very informative) and I called in to ask more questions. The sales team was a delight to work with.
You know how service providers can be, not timely and you wait around for them to show up. Not the case here. They showed up for our early morning appointment right on time.
The installers were very friendly and got to work right away. You have to go out for the day as the process is rather noisy but so worth it. After they were finished, everything was clean as if nothing had ever changed.
Our home has stone floors and now my feet (not to mention the rest of me) stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. We are always the last of our friends to turn on the heater or the air conditioner.
We recently added a new air conditioner and we have seen a 42% drop in our energy bills! I make my husband take me out to dinner more often with the money we are saving.
