I ditto the reviews below. I experienced everything the others did. Larry is the the worst business person I have ever dealt with. Not only did his quote change from the time we sat down to write the contract it kept changing, on things that were on the original quote.
Larry doesn’t know how to communicate at all. He was suppose to let me know the start date. never happened the crew just showed up. The foreman was there everyday but the crew didn’t show one day so the foreman did all the work that day. The next day the crew was back and then one of the crew urinated in front of our bedroom window where my wife was looking out watching the progress in the yard. Larry was informed and never apologized or had any real response.
The crew failed to to put dripper heads on 90% of the drip system in the back yard. They also forgot to run drip line to one whole plant and several leaks. These were fixed since Larry wanted the final installment.
Larry never came by to stay on top of the job and see if there were issues. We had to call or text him the issues and they not all were completed.
I paid the balance which was 95% complete in my mind to get him off my job.
I would run as fast as you can to stay away from this company!!!

Absolutely the Worst Company Ever!!! Larry inspected my system, provided me with a quote for repair which I approved. Once they dug up my yard he says that I need all and then once approved they doubled the estimate saying that we needed new values a new timer and more, when he was told the existing ones were less than 1 year old he tried to tell me they were inferior (they were all a major brand) I should have had his crews leave right then but I agreed to the added expense. But that was only the beginning.
His crew dug up the area so much that Larry said we needed (after 20 years) a larger box. Again, I agreed to pay for it, now 6 months later he still has yet to deliver the box.
When I called two days after his crews left my house that the drip system in the front yard didn’t work, he said he would be out the next day to check it. Again it has been more than 6 months and he has not returned.
Last month my «new timer» he installed stopped working. I asked my new lawn man to check that and the front drip system that was still not working. My new lawn man found that 1) Larry’s crew’s had never hooked up the wires from the front yard to the new system, instead they buried them about 2 feet away from the box. 2) that the new timer was dead, that it happens sometimes and was still under warranty but that because Larry and Element Design & Landscape has installed it they would need to be the one to take it in for the exchange.
When I called Larry, he pretended that I didn’t know what I was talking about and that I had ruined the boxed and would need to by a new one. After I put my new lawn man on the phone, Larry just flat out right refused to do anything at all. My yard man told me that over the years he has had many clients with issues like this regarding work, or lack of it provided by Element Design & Landscape. Fortunately for me he went to the company who sold Element my timer, explained the situation and they warrantied the product and my new yard man replaced the timer and connected the front drip lines to the system and timer.
If you are in need of ANY SPRINKLER /​DRIP Service in Mesa, AZ and you hear the name Larry with Element Design & Landscape… Do not pass go, do not collect $ 200 and for God’s Sake Don’t Call them, Hire them or refer them to anyone!!!

We met with Larry at our future home site. Initially we were comfortable with proceeding with a quote from him for the work, however, Larry never provided a quote. I followed up with him weeks later and asked if he was still interested the response was positive. I waited a couple more weeks for a quote and no response. I text Larry again, but this time no response. Just a complete waste of our time.

When we met with Larry we felt they had great customer care, but must admit once the work was completed. First was a leak which was fixed quickly then we discovered 1 plant didn’t even have a drip line and another doesn’t have water coming out and the tree was fitted with 2 lines only 1 worked. We have contacted them and keep being told they will amend the work. I feel that plants had been buried too deep as I can locate branches in the dirt. In retrospect I should’ve maybe gone with someone my neighbors used but what’s done is done.
