East Valley Fiduciary Services

Until I needed one, I didn’t know state licensed fiduciary services existed. I was referred to Mike Bogle of East Valley Fiduciary Services by a relative who had worked in social services in AZ.
Living in CA and trying to deal with the challenges of a very difficult-​to-​handle mentally and physically disabled relative in Mesa became overwhelming when she had a heart attack and several strokes. This 60-​yr-​old relative was deeply in debt, unable to handle day-​to-​day life, fiercely angry and challenging when a variety of people attempted to help her.
With this relative hospitalized and her apartment in the middle of eviction, my daughter and I flew out to Mesa and spent a week trying to get her finances in order and clearing out her apt. (piles and piles of paperwork, some stacked nearly to the ceiling, boxes of unopened mail, arranging for furniture and possessions to be quickly moved into storage, etc.). It was a nightmare!
In the midst of this chaos came Mike Bogle to the rescue. He came to the apartment, sat down in the midst of this mess and presented us with many options for working through this situation. He knows of available resources and how to access them, he took over the finances and located accounts and insurance policies we had no knowledge of, he facilitated her move to assisted living, he took charge of her car and stored it for us, and most helpful of all… he rushed in his off hours to a storage place and personally resolved a tough situation caused by another relative.
Mike promptly kept relatives in three states informed through email & phone of all that was going on as he worked with my relative. He has continued to be responsive to our questions, even though his work with my disabled relative has ended. He and his company are a valuable resource in working through some of the most difficult situations any of us will ever face.
