Horrible office staff is a gross understatement. I had two visits there this past summer, paid my co-​pay for BOTH visits and to this day, 11÷14÷15, am STILL receiving a bill for one of the co-​pays. I have called their office and have been told that I don’t show a balance… one month after the phone call… another bill… drove down to the office with a copy showing it was paid and to stop billing me… one month later… STILL receiving a bill for this lousy co-​pay. I simply don’t understand how this office can function with such obviously stupid people. NOW I have to go down there again and make a scene if I have to. I am fed up and will never, EVER recommend this center to anyone.

Horrible Office staff and management. I have had bad experiences since the start and have advised my Dr. not to refer anymore patients to this practice. Extremely unprofessional office staff that will not return phone calls or messages. STAY AWAY!
Dr. Kavathia was my Dr… He was OK, not real knowledgeable however; his staff ruined it for me.
