Dry Star sent technicians in while we weren’t home. When we arrived home my wife’s iPad was missing. We looked for two days and then filed a police report. They informed me if we couldn’t prove they took it, they aren’t replacing it. I guess my trust in these folks was misguided.

They had 2 technicians out that very same day and I was extremely impressed at how honest and straight forward they were with me. They gave me all my options wether we went through insurance or just cash. And to top it off, there assessment was 100% FREE. I would recommend Dry Star Restoration to anyone and everyone! Honesty is hard to come by these days.
