Ode to a horrible pool company; You don’t show up to clean our pool but charge us anyway. Oh, but you devious devils I get the final say. You take apart our stuff without permissions or notifications. So I guess your«quality pool service» should just be in quotations. What’s this, incorrect billing charges? No worries, It’s just some corrupt surcharges. These were not just isolated occurrences but rather numerous recurrences So beware my fellow pool enthusiasts because their«quality service» is rather dubious

Lack of communication with girl in the office is the big problem. Calls are not returned promptly. Tech was dispatched quickly, but office person assumed I was cheap or had too much time on my hands because she advised me to shop for my own replacement pump to save money. Seriously. I hired another company who had the part in stock and completed the repair in less than 40 minutes.

I worked with this company for 2.5 years from 2011 – 2014. First two years were fine, tech was good. Starting mid 2013 they either changed all their staff or standards as my new tech Ryan, on more than one occasion did not come to perform the weekly cleaning, didn’t provide any cancellation notice or communication that he would not be coming. After alerting the office of this unacceptable practice they had excuses, no solutions. The bad service continued. When this same tech suggested that I have my pool drained and acid washed for the cost of approx. $ 600 to empty, clean, treat and refill, I didn’t know that I could depend on his level of talent or expertise to proceed, so got three other companies to consult — not one company recommended this service. Shortly after they scheduled a repair on my equipment to dig up, repair and replace a part to my pool that I didn’t even own, because the new tech they sent me put my address on someone else’s property work order. They only discovered it after they showed up to do the work and it was incorrect work order address and property. I contacted the company; they did not return my call. I ended my relationship at this point. I wrote them a letter and explained in detail the problems. They did not reply or offer any resolution. They did not return my property key or refund my monthly service prepayment. I waited three weeks, contacted them via email again. More excuses, but finally sent the key and $$. Be warned, they are not trustworthy, honest, dependable, capable or responsive. I think everyone deserves to know the truth about companies that do not meet standard expectations.
