Below you will see my review from another site and Derma Health’s response. I have called Donna at the customer care department four times and she still hasn’t bothered to call me back. SO now I will not visit Derma Health even for my botox and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I don’t understand customer service these days but still can’t see a difference with the voluma or juvederm and feel as if I wasted a lot of money. It has been about two months since I had the injections and they said it would be a noticeable difference in 4 weeks!
So far Derma Health hasn’t done anything their managers say they will do. Deb (current manager) said she would personally follow up with me and hasn’t. The manager before her said she would give me a B12 shot for canceling my appointment ½ hour before I was to be there and didn’t. Tina the new person doing injections is very nice and excellent at up selling but doesn’t listen when I stated I wasn’t happy. She just tried to get me to buy more products. After $ 1500 one would think that I would be happier. I like the botox for my forehead but the voluma for my cheeks is a waste of money. I would not recommend it to anyone. I was told originally that one syringe ($ 999) would be enough and then after I didn’t see results then I am being told to buy another syringe. I also a bought a syringe of juvederm and I am not a huge fan of the results from it. Overall I wouldn’t waste my money on voluma or juvederm but botox is a miracle worker. Sad part is Derma Health doesn’t care. They got their money and unless you want to spend more they can’t help. Guess that is a chance you take.

I love the photo facials for removing my freckles after summer vacation. They are the best for lifting my freckles so effectively. I also love my Botox for a eye lift; it really opens my eyes up. Dhi is a nice, friendly medical spa that provides my whole aesthetic needs. I love their staff!

I’m doing the Hcg injections thru them. I paid about $ 435 for the 26 day program and an additional $ 100 for blood work. I was given Hcg that is 2 wks from expiring. They will not mix a new bottle for you and you need to ask for the 200iu’s otherwise they’ll give you the lowest minimum dose that does nothing. It’s now been about 3 wks and I’ve only lost about 5 pounds. If you do the Hcg injections make sure you tell them that you want a new bottle and not one that’s about to expire… do this BEFORE you pay for the plan, otherwise your pretty much sh*t out of luck… no refunds. Also be sure to make a couple of different appt with other places to find out their price — Derma Health is on the higher end of price cost for the Hcg, which I didn’t know until after I paid for the program. I’ll update my review if by some miracle I lose the supposed 1.5 lbs per day that they claim. BTW; you have to follow a very strict diet of 500 cal per day and drink about a gallon of water per day… I’ve done this for 3 wks with no results and my appetite has not been curved as it claims it should.
