CubeSmart Self Storage

I have never used a storage facility before so i have nothing to compare my experience to. With that being said, Terina has set that bar very high if I have any storage needs in the future. I created an excel sheet of all the storage units, benefits and prices and it was an easy decision to choose Cubesmart. In addition to offering the most benefits and best prices they have outstanding customer service from the call center to the actual people in the office. I was able to go into the office and talk to Terina as if I have known her for years. She makes you feel very welcomed and is there to help anser any questions. she also helped with recommendations on movers that have helped me tremendously. I would most definately recommend cubesmart for any of your storage needs.

I got this storage unit in September of 2014 with a different manager then the super pleasant woman managing it now. My dad put it in his name with me being a person who has access to it as well. I went to the unit many times and then in Nov my car was stolen with the code to the gate in it. I went in to get a new code and they wouldn’t give it to me because my dad was the primary and I didn’t have my ID on me. After showing the numerous of e mails that i’ve received from them and having them call the number on file to prove I was in fact the person I said I was I was finally allowed in. Now a month later I go to access my stuff and my gate code isn’t working. I go in and politely tell them I can’t access it and they tell me they’ve locked me out until my dad goes in there and puts me as the primary.
When signing up my dad was told I would be able to access my things without him as I was on the account as well, so why is it a problem now? This manager and I clearly don’t care for each other and she is clearly on some power trip, that is why it is a problem now. My dad is currently out of town and can’t come in and shouldn’t have to. I am on the account as well I should have access to MY UNIT FULL OF MY BELONGINGS. Only one more month and I move into my new place, thank gosh. I will NEVER step foot into another cube smart

Sometimes in life you have to store some stuff and that’s what I had to do. Between my place and my daughters place I saw Cube Smart and thought this is the place for me.
I walked in and was greeted right away by Jennifer, let me tell you, she is amazing, no really, she is personable, friendly, great customer service, funny and helpful. Jennifer rocks for sure!
The prices were fair, place is secured, even has someone who lives on site. Used Cube Smart for about 1 ½ months, and moved my stuff out, Jennifer made sure the paper work was completed and everything went through correctly!
If you ever need storage needs this is the place for you!
