I have to agree with some of the others; this chipotle isn’t very good, as the overall quality is poor. The food is always barely lukewarm and of course I’d like my food actually hot for taste, quality and assurance that it’s being kept at safe temps. The rice and guac aren’t very good and often have an old-ish taste to it; can’t put my finger on it; kinda gross. And, the meat is way too fatty and not enough meat is given compared to the rest of the item portions and to other chipotles. The meat tends to seriously gross me out when half of its a clump of fat and not edible. gross! That’s also irritating when you are paying more for higher quality, but don’t receive it or at least close to it. And last but not least, I super love the rude, unfriendly workers, the fact that it seems to be ‘temporarily closed’ often(weird), machines break often, and that they run out of stuff(for the day or more) often. wth, seriously?! cold, poor quality, fatty food coupled with service inconsistencies and rudeness means I won’t be going back after having tried it several times.

This is the location I usually go to because it is close to my house, but the service is always terrible! The employees act like there are no customers in line. Today, slow service as usual, gave the cashier my card, he ran it and handed over my card and food with receipt. As I’m walking out, he runs towards me yelling«sir, your card was declined!» The humiliation is normally pretty awful when that happens in general, but to have it announced throughout the restaurant really adds to the humiliation! I walked back to the register and he ran my card again and it worked just fine. The professionalism at this location is completely gone, and as a result, they lost a longtime customer!

The people at chipotle just totally made my day. I went down the line and despite how busy they were during the busy lunch time, they stopped and looked me in the eye and were super friendly! Then I got to the end of the line and the manager read my order back to me and was about to undercharge me, so I corrected him and he thanked me for my honesty and took care of my drink! :D Lessons learned: This chipotle manager must be doing something right and Honesty is the best policy! The food couldn’t have been better!

So this chipotle is bigger that some of the other ones I have been in. That’s kinda cool or whatever. So the question you want answered is this«So Jeff, what do they do when you ask for double meat? do they REALLY double it or do they try and pull that 1.5 stuff on you?» I am proud to say that this chipotle does usually double the meat for real.

It was nice to see that they survive the near shut down. It was nice to see a line of customers and the place busy again. The service was more upbeat and attentive. I ordered the burrito when it got to the end of the serving line was busting out the tortilla. Great to see your money’s worth is back and the taste is back Thanks Chipotle I’m gald you didn’t go out of business.

This location has always been one of my favorites up until my last visit. I went in on Tuesday night, ordered my burrito with white rice, steak, cheese, lettuce, and a little bit of the red sauce. I go sit down at my table and open my burrito to find there to be no cheese at all, the lettuce to be extremely soggy, dark, and terrible tasting, and the steak to be very fatty. I was going to complain and have them make a new burrito, but I figured they’d use ingredients from the same batch so it wasn’t worth it.

So sorry Falisha that you assumed that I was lying about not getting my guacamole. Having to drive all the way back after getting home. «Maybe she put it on the inside of your burrito.» Really? Because I told the gal«and can I get a side of guacamole?» Thankfully the other employees there outshine you. Believe me I am not a believer in «the customer is always right» motto but the next customer you do argue with probably won’t end as nice.

Today was my first time visiting this location and I will not be back. I decided to try a different location because the Chipotle right by my house unfortunately has gone downhill. I don’t know what is so hard about providing a consistent quality product but I am done trying and wasting my money. It’s a shame because I was so happy to find a place that offered a vegetarian option(sofritas), and used non GMO ingredients! I have never visited a Chipotle in my life until I heard they were non GMO! I gave them a try and I was hooked, until recently… Today I ordered my usual, a burrito with sofritas. I got salsa, corn, and lettuce and when they went to put the lettuce on, it was seriously only a couple of pieces. Barely anything. Before I could say anything they wrapped up the burrito and I proceeded to pay. I also got chips with my order. When I got home, I unwrapped the burrito, I noticed it was wrapped with foil a second time. I began to unwrap the second piece of foil and noticed there was a pretty big tear in the tortilla. I understand this happens, it happened once before at a different location and the lady noticed it, and simply transferred the toppings to a new tortilla and re rolled it. I knew they noticed it this time as well because they wrapped it with foil twice to make sure it was secure. Glad I was home to eat this because it got messy! So as I’m attempting to eat my mangled burrito, I notice there isn’t much of any toppings(I expected there to be not much lettuce because I saw how they put it on there), but all I was getting was mouthfuls of rice. A huge amount of rice and barely anything else! I am pretty frustrated that I wasted my money on a rice burrito! Also, I ordered tortilla chips and they were stale! Not the first time I’ve gotten stale chips from Chipotle, that’s one of the reasons I decided to give another location a try. Such a waste of money! I will not be returning to this location and it might take some time for me to want to visit any Chipotle again.

I love Chipotle and will continue to be a fan. However, this particular location is terrible. Shame on me for subjecting myself to it multiple times, but I guess I just wanted to believe they would do better. It has never once been consistent. Overly salty rice, over cooked meat, burnt tortillas and irregular portion sizes. Continual disappointment spooned onto every tortilla and into every bowl down the line. I like avacados, but when I ask for guacamole I expect to be given guacamole and not the whole avocado. Step up your game Dana Park Chipotle.

I come to this location all the time. There’s a ton of them in the area but this one is my favorite! Almost all Chipotle’s I’ve been to are good but at this one the food is hot, fresh, and delicious every single time. The service is always prompt and the employees are super friendly and welcoming. I tend to make jokes when I interact with people at stores and the employees at this location are always receptive to my sense of humor :) Love it, I’m sure we’ll be coming here for years to come.

The people who dreamed up the idea of Chipotle have accomplished a modern day marvel, on par with the Great Pyramid of Giza, The Hanging Gardens of Babylon, and whoever invented NFL Sunday Ticket. I will explain why. We’ve all been there… your night starts off with a drink. Then two. Before you know it, things escalate until your head is filled with a bunch of quasi-lucid 5-second memories that spin together in a whirlwind of insanity, almost like watching an episode of Robot Chicken. Beers. Shots. Flock of Seagulls. Fire pit. Unicorn mask. Singing Bohemian Rhapsody. More shots. Then BAM. I wake up, and my head is clanging like The Liberty Bell itself is ringing in my bedroom. As I am still *way* too drunk to drive, I come to the realization that Chipotle is a short, 5-minute walk up the road. Fuck it, I got this. About halfway through the stroll, I make the painful observation that this is Phoenix, and the sun is already beating down on me like an inferno from space. I power through this, thinking only of ramming a burrito bowl down my throat before I vomit last night’s celebration all over Val Vista Road. Not soon after this, I make it to Chipotle. I’m in line, wondering if I’m going to puke on the nice family in front of me. I order my «brunch», and then I realize something amazing. THEYSELLBEERHERE. Today is looking up.

Place was clean and food was good like all the other Chipotles we’ve been to. Staff was friendly. I wanted to come here for our short date last night, but my husband didn’t care to. He would’ve rather gone to Panda, but they were completely packed and way out the door. We were in a hurry somewhat. Hardly anyone at Chipotle’s, maybe 6 – 7. Maybe a couple people sitting in the dining area. San Tan is the one we usually go to, which is always packed, but we know they are always quick. So we thought within 5 min or so, we’d be up. Nope. We stood in line about 20 min before even getting to start our order. They had about 8 staff working. The line moves at a snail’s pace. Actually last we with Pita Jungle packed inside we were able to dine there quicker than the sparse customers at Chipotle. This caused us to almost be late for our daughter’s karate event. If you’re in a hurry, avoid this place. They r so slow.

The only thing I noticed was there was a couple people making food without a hat or hair net on… when I asked I was informed they were part of management, therefor did not have to wear them? It bothered me a little. Other than that, delicious food and very friendly staff.
