Chipotle Mexican Grill

Good ol’ Chipotle. You can always count on Chipotle for a great bite and this location was no different. The staff was friendly and service was swift as expected.
The food tasted on point to the greatness that is Chipotle and one of the staff members came and cleared our tray and asked us about our food.

Not my usual location. I stopped here for dinner while I waited for C to finish a rehearsal. There was a small line but as with other locations I’ve visited, it moved quickly. The staff was friendly from the cashier to the couple of employees who put my bowl together. I ordered the Carnitas Bowl ($ 6.95). They did not skimp on any ingredient and created a very nice bowl for the money. The Carnitas was very tasty and moist. The brown rice was properly cooked as were the black beans. The salsa, lettuce and cheese I added to the top were all fresh as well.
I also got a small soda and the whole dinner was under 10 bucks. Seriously. This is pretty good quality food for under 10 bones.

Absolutely love this place! The staff is friendly and quite fast considering my orders slow the place to a crawl (gluten free) they never seem to mind replacing the spoons, washing hands and the counters down. I simply can’t say enough good things about them. Will continue to come here until I’m dead!

Food is Amazing, can never argue that. The reason for 2 stars is because my to-​go orders are always wrong. I’ve ordered from them 3 times already, and each time i go to pick it up, they dont do brown rice, even though thats what I checked off on my selection, they’ll add white rice, once it was missing the cheese. Sadly wont be ordering from them anymore.

The staff there is super sweet and helped me with my biggest dilemma of the evening; chicken or steak!!! They suggested to go ½ and ½… I didn’t know that was even an option!!! I’m in love with my bowl and the helpful problem solving crew at this location…

Let date night begin!!! Dinner at Chipotle with a buy one get one free!!! Out the door for $ 8.09! A great steak bowl for me and steak burrito for the hubby!!! You can NEVER go wrong eating here, fast and delicious!!! Healthy not so much when you cover it in sour cream and guacamole! :))

Horrible. Our company orders from here at least once a month if not more. Today was the worse experience. The Guacamole was brownish/​turning black. They forgot the kids fruit, the chips were stale and nasty. The actual burrito bowls were poorly made and the salad’s meet was pretty red in the middle. Everyone ate about 3 bites and decided this will be the last time we order from this location possibly chipotle all together. Subway is a better option

First off, Chipotle is my ultimate favorite! Everyone jokes I should own stock or my own store. Anyway, this location never has the food up to par. The flavor is bland, the chips are burnt and stale and the rice is always really chewy. The location at the San Tan Mall has no competition for my loyalty. I just wish they were closer.

My favorite local location. Good service, always clean. Lines can get long a dinner time but it moves fast. The food is what it is. If you don’t know you should stop reading this and start ordering. It’s the shit

This was my first visit to this particular Chipotle and it was disappointing. I ordered a chicken bowl and there were several pieces of fat and gristle in the meat. Yuck. Then while I was eating, a girl who was sweeping actually asked me to move my feet so she could sweep under the table. She did the same thing to the couple in the next booth. WTF!!!
This place is not the usual for Chipotle.

I love Chipotle, but every time I eat at this location, I swear I’ll never be back. The employees are so inattentive and sloppy.
Today, I showed up right at opening time and they were scrambling around trying to finish things that should’ve been ready before opening. They didn’t have brown rice. The employee said it would be 20 minutes until they had it. What the F is that?! It’s not like they ran out. The had just opened. That’s just poor preparation, which isn’t surprising based on my previous experiences at this location.
From now on I’ll just drive a little further and eat at the Chipotle in San Tan Village.

The 3 stars is for the food! I love Chipotle and eat here often, different locations, but se great food. We order salads, quesadillas, and burritos.
I’m giving this review 3 stars for the location. The location was clean and served the same good food to be expected at any Chipotle location but… The service here was rude on our visit yesterday. My brother in law went in with 6 orders and the employees rolled their eyes and complained to him. The orders were not complicated. I just think it really puts a bad taste in your mouth when the employees are rude to your face.

I have a really hard time writing this because I LOVE Chipotle but as of late this location has been horrible on their portions. The last two times I visited I got frustrated and said something to the person making my bowl because they were barely putting any meat for the serving. Tonight I asked my gf to pick me up a bowl on the way home and the same thing has occurred. If I wanted a bowl of rice/​beans/​toppings thats what I would have ordered. I can imagine this is a management issue because its uncommon for a location to suddenly start doing this. Change your ways before you lose your customers!

I LOVE chipotle. Chipotle is my life. But when I came to this chipotle I was sadly disappointed. One of the ladies who was working the end of the line literally threw everything on the burrito so sloppily and was the most careless wrapper I’ve ever seen. I know they’re always in a rush at chipotle but this chick was moving at the speed of light. She made My friend’s burrito and not only did it rip from her carelessness but it was half the size of ours. She ended up asking them to remake it which in they replied «you could have just asked for extra.» But we weren’t planning to pay double for what we should be getting… Plus the prices rose crazy here. $ 7.20 for Barbacoa and steak?! Idk if it’s just this one or all the other chipotles but it’s crazy that the prices jumped so high.
I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST GOING TO THE ONE IN SAN TAN.

I LOVE CHIPOTLE! I haven’t ordered anything that I didn’t like and this is the greatest place to go for your fast food fix. The chips and guacamole are a MUST HAVE! The chips have a lime flavor that compliments the guacamole.

Oh how I love my burrito bowl. Service is great here and the food taste the same at every location in the valley. I’m glad thy finally opened one of these close to home at the santan mall.

Don’t bother calling in an order if you happen to need it to be gluten free. The person that takes the order is highly unlikely to follow protocol. I proved it today walking in early to pick up my order and no one changed gloves or changed out the cheese or lettuce. Yet it wasn’t marked on the order as a GF bowl. People have no idea how sick one can get from cross contamination. Most don’t care. It’s Disturbing.

If you LOVE beans and and rice and HATE meat… You’ll absolutely love this Chipolte!
It’s become ridiculous over the past few months. this location has become consistent w not giving u practically any meat.

Chipotle is great for quick, reasonably priced, and consistent food. They were one of the first around to offer healthy food and we still like it. Occasionally you get one that’s out of their regular chicken or beef and that’s the only reason they don’t get five stars.

Perfect burritos, polite staff with a couple cuties working here. I love Chipotle!
