At the end of our first visit (while scheduling the next appointment) we noticed that the person who was in the room with us wasn’t the doctor that we were supposed to see (Dr. Brenner), it was a P. A!!! They never informed us about this!!! The P.A. came up with a diagnostic immediately, without making a physical evaluation at first. He came up with a treatment plan (he never made a consult with the Dr.). There was no prostate exam, lab work referral… The thing is that we paid for a specialist Dr’s visit, and all we got was a P.A. This was without our consent or knowledge. *This has nothing to do with the P.A., he was very nice.
