I don’t understand the bad reviews, staff was friendly and helpful, The place was conveniently located with easy access to main roads freeways and plenty of parking. Equipment and worked, and functional, The way it was supposed to, I didn’t like the sound of the amp that I was using, and asked for a Nother, and cheerful he, Jim I thin was his name, brought me another without any questions. Place was clean, it was a little loud, but it’s a band rehearsal Studio, not a library so I expected a little bit of that. I can’t give it a five because it’s not the Taj Mahal but I it’s definitely worth way more than a two. Give it a try don’t let 2 bad review sway you if its convent. I have rehearsed at worst places for more money with way worse equipment I will tell you that.

New location just 3 miles down the way from their old location. First time we jammed there it was very noisey and was hard to play over the band next to us.
The second trip there, same still paper thin walls. I know it’s not going to change over night, and I’m hoping they can stash some cash away to deaden the walls a bit.
Other then that they have a kick ass bathroom.
