They came out and measured a door and never provided a quote or every got back to me. I sent emails and left voice messages and never heard back. Poor communication and bad business behavior.

I called to schedule an estimate for a glass door replacement. The person who answered initially was courteous enough, and set up an appointment for the next day. The company never showed up to my house, and when I called about it they told me the tech had already been there. After that, no one answered, and I only got voicemail.
Not awesome when you’ve got a broken door at your house!

I give this company two stars only because the install went smoothly. My complaints are that the tech showed up nearly an hour late, and they DON’T accept credit/​debit cards which contradicts what their website says! When the job was completed, I gave them my Visa card and they would not accept it! Cash or check only… Also, there was quite a bit of broken glass that was not cleaned up, which caused me to spend an hour cleaning up after the technician left. Not overly impressed.
