Ashlee’s Printing

Any negative reviews you read are from the most indecisive people. If you know what you want, and can explain it well, Ryan will make it happen! I went in with a school project that I needed done within a couple hours (it was also worth 25% of my grade) and Ashlee’s produced the perfect manifestation of what I had pictured in my mind. I was not only impressed with the high quality of work, but also by the genuine concern of the staff to meet my deadline. It’s a little out of the way for an ASU student, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my professional printing needs!

We have used Ashley’s printing for business Flyers and birthday invites several times and have come away impressed each time! Revisions were done in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable. I will continue to use Ashley’s and refer them to all my friends!

I found Ashlee’s Printing while searching online and decided to give them a chance… WRONG choice!
I was in a bit of a time crunch to get some some Engagement Invitations printed and in the mail. I called Ashlee’s Printing and told the gentleman on the phone exactly what it was I needed, I was told «NO PROBLEM we can do anything, we have been in business for 25 years». I drove out to meet with Ryan and show him a sample of what I wanted the invitation to look like and quickly found that they in fact cannot do anything!!! They had only 2 choices for card stock and everything from foil to envelope lining to thermography was way out of the question unless you want to wait several weeks. I finally compromised on my original design just to get them done and was told by Ryan that he would bet a proof to me later in the day or the following morning at the latest, I called him later that afternoon and he never returned my call and then the next day called asking about the status of my proof and again no call back!
I decided to go with another company who was awesome, efficient and well priced. Thank GOD I did because I was never provided a proof or even receive a phone call back from this company. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
Do yourself a favor and do not use this company, I am in shock that they have been in business for 25 years with their limited selection and horrific customer service!

The first time I had met Ryan was at the East Valley Bridal Show and I liked what I saw of his designs. They seemed very creative and well priced, not to mention I had $ 10 off my order from a prize wheel.
When I was ready to start my invitations I called and left a message with the owner for Ryan to call me back… nothing. A week later I called him back and he was out, when he finally did get back to me I set a time that I was going to come in and discuss the design I was hoping to get. Upon meeting him he made me feel like he could practically design anything I wanted… WRONG! First of all he gave me a day to expect a proof from him and… nothing! (noticing a pattern?) I had to call him and track down my proof, when I finally did receive the proof it was a mess. At this point I should have found another place to get my wedding invites, but I wanted to give them another chance. I responded with the changes I would like to make and told him that at this point I NEEDED them to be done in a week and a half, well what do you know… no response! When he finally did get back to me about 4 days later his lame excuse was that he doesn’t check the email I sent it to everyday, well then why would you only give that email as a contact for yourself???
In the end I am not sure what his issue was delivering a simply designed invitation for my upcoming wedding in a reasonable amount of time. I ended up going to a chain office supply store (against my own better judgment) and ended up with a custom designed invitation that is beautiful in less than a day! I think it is time for this business to find a new head of the Print Shoppe (like Ashlee ;)) or cut that part of their business out all together.
