Aqua-Tots Swim Schools

All three of my children learned to swim through Aqua-​Tots! The staff was always enthusiastic and made my kids (and me) feel confident and comfortable. The environment is fun and clean, and the water is WARM. haha I recommend Aqua-​Tots to all my friends with little ones. Especially in the Valley of the Sun, learning water safety and swim skills is crucial!

I am shocked there there is anything less than a 5 star review on this site! My kid have been at this location for the past year and a half and we have loved EVERY second!!! My 3 year old started swimming on her own in only a few months and my 2 year old is exceeding our wildest expectations. We have had multiple teachers over the time we have been there, just from me changing our schedule and the kids moving up, but EVERY ONE has been incredible. They love our kids and taking them to swim is the highlight of my week :) I don’t know how many times my kids have been swimming at community pools and people comment on how well they swim. It is ALL Aqua Tots! Dutch Bros is right in the parking lot and they have soft comfy chairs to watch your kids while it is peaceful and quiet behind the glass. It has been a great date night for us many times. Can’t say enough good things about the staff, and manager (Kim). You are all doing a fabulous job!!!

I can’t believe the review below. My son has been going to this location for over a year. He is non verbal and has major cognitive and developmental delays. His swim instructor has made him feel so special and he looks forward to his lesson each week. She and the other staff members cheer my son on through major swim accomplishments and try to include him with typical peers any chance they can. The staff who work the desk are so welcoming and the management team is so considerate. Thank you Aqua Tots!

NOT only did this place charge us more than DOUBLE another place. They also said their instructors were ‘SNAP’ certified… Special Needs Assistance Program (I think). Anyways, they undid any kind of progress we had on my son with cerebral palsy and autsim — they charged us an arm and a leg. My son’s habiliation masters program director recommended ‘another’ place — that is CHEAPER AND BETTER!!! Poor job Aqua Tots! It was even pretty sad when I mentioned my concerns to the woman at the front — she was just like okay…

My little girl liked going to aqua tots… that’s why I give it one star.
Other than that, they have not-​so-​good behind the scene service. They accidentally took money out of my account. That happens, right? Well, I have had to call them every week for about 4 months to get my money returned to me, and the issue is still not resolved.
