From our initial phone call and conversation with Patty our service was great. Our appointment was set up in a very timely manner and Chance came to measure and place the order for our window replacement. The day of installation brought Justin and Roy to install. Everyone has been very friendly and professional with a job well done. We will definately call Apache Glass for future window needs, and highly recommend them to others.

Stay away from Apache Glass… I would give these guys negative stars if possible. They are receptive when they want to sell you a $ 3,000 shower enclosure… but not so much if you need it fixed. They have the worst customer service… You might want to tape what comes out of their mouth so you can play it back at a later time… Be warned.

Had 7 windows replaced and they did an awesome job! Loved dealing with Patty in the office and everyone else that we met. No complaints here, and would highly recommend giving them your business!

Unbelievable. After such a good first impression on Wednesday, no show or call for next day’s promised final measurement by Chance. Day 3 we had to call to inquire now what? Only to be told to call Chance ourselves. We did-​no answer — voicemailbox full. Called office again, gave our info again, was told Chance was busy too, and left our number… waiting…

Customer service is horrible… Horrrrribbbleee! I request a customer installation of a doggy door into a glass patio sliding door, not the most cheap job. Initially I drove over and spoke to a guy named Chance, he told me what doggy door I needed, I picked it up at Home Depot went back and dropped it off with Apache Glass. I took time out of my day to scheduled and have Mike come over to measure the door. 2 weeks go by and no follow up call or anything. I call and talk to Matt, Matt says he’ll see what’s going on and get back to me. 1 week goes by so My wife calls and talks to Matt he tells her the same thing. So I call back after another week and talk to Matt he says Mike says the door or job won’t work because our patio glass was too thick. So I drive over there and pick up the doggy door I purchased, while there Matt is telling me that he was waiting on Mike to get back to him and apparently Mike knew this job was a no go after he got back to their shop and that was about 3 weeks ago. The bafoons are freaking thick in the head… I would suggest you look somewhere else for business… seriously. It’s a circus here… chime in the circus music in the background.

Had a home window replaced… There were the cheapest price of the three quotes I received. For the price… they had quality service and friendly employees! The guys were in & out in less than 45 minutes. I would definitely use Apace Glass again… if I unfortunately need such services again

Had a broken mirror in my bathroom. We are trying to sell our house and this was listed as a must from our realtor. From the first phone call everyone was kind, helpful, and on time! Thanks a ton!!!

I recently had Apache Glass and Mirror install some new shower doors as well as mirrors in my home gym. The staff was courteous and professional. I had a great experience from start to finish. I will recommend this company to all my friends

These guys know what they are doing when it comes to glass. Had my house window replace and was so happy I had my windshield replaced months later when it had a crack. Great price and good service.
