Have been coming here for a few years now. Service is normally excellent but sometimes can be a bit slow. Servers are personable and attentive. Phở is delicious and cheap. Noodle dishes are very good. Most dishes are well priced besides the sushi, which can become expensive. Overall most choices on the menu are a safe bet, but the phở, noodle dishes, and more basic sushi rolls are standouts. «Executive» rolls can sometimes get messy and fall apart. The monkey brain(avocado and krab lightly fried) is a must-order on every visit.

The Wabi Sabi is hands down our favorite local mom and pop restaurant. They serve the best phở I’ve found in the county — the best combination of flavors without being too sweet. The sushi isn’t terribly fancy, but good and well worth the price. Everything else we’ve had on the menu — the curry, drunken noodles, and pad Thai — is delicious. My favorite, though, is the fresh summer rolls. There’s enough variety on the menu to satisfy the entire family. The décor is a bit outdated, but the staff is amazing, very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend the Wabi Sabi to anyone in the area looking for good Thai, Vietnamese food or sushi.

Not impressed with the bun, none of the ingredients seemed fresh. The service was good and the atmosphere was as well. Won’t go back, found a few places superior to this restaurant.

Our group wanted Phở so we came here. I am not a big fan of Phở so I got the spicy tuna roll. This is my go to type of sushi and I was really disappointing by this roll. The rice was mushy! You cant have mushy rice in a sushi roll! I had a hard time eating it because of the texture. It tried some Phở and it was pretty good, but I would not recommend the sushi.

Three words… FILETSTIRFRY! FILETSTIRFRY! FILETSTIRFRYYYYYY!!! When in Merritt Island FL, I have to stop at this place for FILETSTIRFRY! Especially if the owner’s husband is cooking. That’s a little inside information from the waiter. Oh it’s ohhhh sooooh gooodh!!! I’ve tried their Phở King maki(roll), beef phở soups, etc… but the filet stir fry blows them all away.

To go order. Food was ready when I got there(15 minutes). Really, really impressed. Had the super spider roll, super crunch roll, and monkey brains. There was half an avocado in the brains – it was heaven! Everything was so damn good. The sauces were also yum. I can’t wait to eat here again!

I tried my first phở bowl here recently and loved it. I believe it was called phở Thai and it was huge. I also loved the yellowtail and the ahi sashimi. I can’t wait to go back for more.

Only my 2nd time here(last time was Feb. with my girlfriend from Pittsburgh) but this is a favorite! Everything is fresh & delicious. Today the Waitress suggested #15 w/veggies(hold the onions & cabbage). Ahh-mazing: fresh, colorful & just what I was looking for on a rainy Labor Day. Thank you — I’ll be back!

Labor Day. Very busy. It took a few longer than usual to get my soup and ginger salad. But they were swamped. W Service was great considering how busy they were. The sushi was fantastic. However. I did not like the miso soup or the ginger salad. Service would be a 5. The sushi a 5. But the soup and salad… I couldn’t finish. They need to work on the quality. I know both of these items well, their competition who serve these two items do it much better. Props for the service. A team of two servers for inside and out.

Just enjoyed a great vermicelli bowl and avocado roll. The vegetables were fresh and the grill chicken was perfect. I also absolutely loved their house made chili oil. By far the best I’ve ever had!

Nice place to get some phó of you in the mood for some. I didn’t enjoy the phó here or maybe it’s just because I haven’t had any in such a long time. Didn’t have that many options as far as phó goes but thus good of your new to phó. The sushi option were nice here. A little on the pricy side for the quality of the sushi but if your not so picky this will be great for you. The rice on the sushi was kinda just pasty and weird. The service here was great. Got a smile every time and they came back to fill our waters. All in all if you gotta have some phó I would try this place out, won’t come back for sushi though.

I usually do not eat sushi, but tried the Monkey Brain(Avocado, with crab and fresh tuna, tempura fried) that my boyfriend ordered & it was so delicious! The Phở(beef OR chicken) was phenomenal– like Summertime in a bowl with fresh basil, lime, and greens — EVERYTHING is made with fresh, crisp vegetables. You couldn’t be disappointed unless you came here in a bad mood! And then — that’s your fault!

Wow! A friend at work recommended to me maybe I need to find a better friend who knows food! The food was flavorless– bland phad Thai and grilled chicken over vermicelli noodles. Service never asked how we liked food. We ordered Thai hot and it had zero heat don’t recommend.

Awesome Phở, monkey brains and sushi rolls. Been there many times and it seems the staff changes often but always a good experience.

I’ve come to this restaurant before and have had some great foo, so I was shocked at the poor quality of the food I got today with my takeout. I got Phở for takeout. They ended up separating all the ingredients so that I would literally have to cook it myself when I got home! Also, the Thai ice tea tastes horrible(it’s hard to mess up Thai iced tea) and my red chicken curry was not cooked properly. It looks like the boiled the chicken and plopped it into the curry broth with the veggies after all the cooking was over! The chicken still tasted like boiled chicken. I called them twice to discuss this and was pretty much dismissed twice. This was a terrible meal and I will NEVER go back!!!

Great place for lunch or dinner! Staff is always quick and courteous, prices are just right maybe even cheap, and the food is delicious. We’re here pretty regularly and have noticed that the sushi rice is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s overcooked and a bit mushy, sometimes it doesn’t stick right, but when they get it right(most of the time)…this is the best sushi I’ve had on the Space Coast. Most people will come for the phở, it is great every time. We noticed other places in the area skimp on portions and serve broth with not much else. Wabi Sabi breaks the trend and serves hearty portions of everything with just enough broth to cover everything. Décor is a little outdated, but I’m happy to deal with it for such cheap prices!

How can I go from loving this place to never coming back??? –waited 40 minutes for phở… after everyone including people who came after us received their dishes –ordered Vegan phở with veggies, no noodles, and Tofu… was charge $ 2 extra for the Tofu and $ 2 for the veggies…$ 9 for… I guess the broth! $ 14 for vegan phở is extreme! –was FINALLY delivered the dish and wait for it… a giant black hair! While remaking it the other two in my party finished and had to rush and leave so I just got my To-go…which is not a way to have a lunch out –went up to pay for the 4 dishes… they didn’t even discount anything!!! $ 70 for an horrible experience! Did I really drive an hour for this??? Never again!

I make it a point to visit and try new Sushi places as much as I can, this place was legit! The service was great, so accommodating and friendly. The environment was casual, nothing you need to dress for, but the food; oh man! I consider Sashimi to be the tell all dish as sushi places. I ordered the Sashimi sampler and it was so dang fresh and flavor packed. I can say it was easily in the top 3 sushi places ive ever been to. The price was so reasonable, we each had 2 orders of sushi each(plenty left over) and two apps. We had 5 in our party and two kids, the total was under what I thought it was going to be. Overall: Service, solid and friendly. Environment, Beach casual, lots of light and open seating. Food, GREAT. Fresh and well presented. Price, They could raise the prices and would still be a good deal. I had the Zombie roll and Sashimi sampler. Very good.
