What a treat! We found this food cart during our shopping at the Merrimack Outlets, it is located outside the Food Court, rain or shine. They offer a variety of baked potatoes, topped with anything you can imagine! We went for the European, which was sufficiently loaded with toppings, and delicious. The potato was made as we watched by Salim, the incredibly friendly potato master, who we found hailed from Turkey, where the baked potato is a common shopping food. We ate the potato outside, in the sunshine, seated near the food cart. We will be back!
